I’m Raven—wedding photographer, curious observer, and your go-to for photos that feel like you. I work with couples who are ditching the pressure to perform and choosing to do their wedding their way. I document real moments as they unfold, from quiet getting-ready time to the joy-soaked dance floor. Based in Georgia and traveling wherever your love leads, I’m here for the laughter, the meaningful details, the chosen family toasts, and everything that makes your day unmistakably yours.

I’m not here to choreograph your wedding or turn it into a photo shoot. My approach is rooted in trust, presence, and a deep respect for your experience. I photograph the real stuff—the emotion, the energy, the little in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening. Most of my couples don’t love being in front of the camera, and that’s more than okay. I help you feel at ease by creating space for you to just be, then quietly document the kind of images that still feel honest and alive years later.

    Will absolutely book again for every occasion!

    Raven was so patient and kind; she really helped us with our schedule conflicts! Also asked good questions that led us to come up with great ideas for our shoot and a budget we could work with. She was available throughout the process, and we didn’t have her as the photographer we had her associate Cori, we love her too! My family is trying to book them for my nephew’s wedding this fall ! Cori had great personality and fun ideas, my day was perfect when it came to the pictures

    Friendly and hyper competent

    Raven documented my wedding day with such care and clarity. In her pictures, I see the settings, people, and details, when it all happened. Lush greenery and orange leaves where my partner and I said our vows. My aunt smiling as she met my baby daughter. Hugs with guests after our ceremony. The flowers on my alternative style dress. Amazingly, she got many of these shots when the people in the photos did not realize it. They're not only a killer record of what happened that day. Her pictures are lovely and naturalistic with vibrant colors. Killer wedding day coverage is not the only thing you get with Raven. She is great to work with throughout the process, always warm, well-organized and punctual.

    An essential part of our day

    Raven and her team are *phenomenal* and one of the main vendors we have to thank for making our wedding day as incredible as it was. From getting to meet Raven at the engagement session we did, she instantly took care to listen to what we were comfortable with and helped us have fun being in front of the camera (which for us is not in either of our comfort zones). On our wedding day itself, Raven and her team were such pros at wrangling family/wedding party members and also getting the shots that were most important to us. :) They are such calming presences and made us and all of our people feel so at ease, and we know that the photos are gonna be spectacular!! As people (and queer folks) who aren’t immediately comfortable with posing/having our picture taken, getting to work with Raven was such a gift and we are so thankful for her and everyone we got to work with from her team!!

    Raven is Amazing

    Raven is, in a word, amazing! She worked with us to craft a photo package that served our needs on our wedding day. She made the actual process of photography easy and fun, and the photos we received of our wedding were just phenomenal. I'd recommend Raven to anyone who's looking for a photographer to support you in your wedding journey, no matter how you see that playing out.

The sooner, the better! The best time is between 8-12 months before your wedding, but it all just depends on your situation and the timing. Once we’re discussing your wedding, I’ll let you know immediately if someone else contacts me inquiring about your same date.
I love traveling! Travel is included in all packages for weddings & sessions within four hours of Atlanta. This includes, but is not limited to, parts of Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, south Georgia, and Alabama.
For weddings & sessions requiring an overnight stay, I have SUPER simple travel fees: Flat fee of $750 covers anything within the continental United States, no matter how far Flat fee of $1500 covers anything outside that, no matter how far
Absolutely! I actually specialize in photographing people who don’t like having their photo taken, and I work toward complete comfort in front of the camera in order to get your absolute best photos. I’m also someone who isn’t fully comfortable having my photo taken, so I get it! We play games and laugh and get you out of your head so you can focus on having a blast with your partner.
Your gallery will be delivered 2-3 weeks after a session and 6-8 weeks after a wedding, but I typically post sneak peeks on social media within a week! If you have a print or an album in your package, you should have everything in your hands within three months of the wedding date.
I completely hear your concerns on this one. It’s a wild world out there and it’s anyone’s guess as to how the next year or so will go with scheduling and rescheduling weddings. Though every rescheduling is on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, I’m allowing all of my couples who need to reschedule or postpone their wedding due to COVID-19 to do so free of charge.
What’s MOST important to me is working with people who WANT to work with me, so get in touch! It never hurts to ask.
Yep, almost always! I have a group of talented and like-minded people I pull from, most of whom run their own photography businesses, as well. Having two photographers gives us more coverage, multiple angles, and someone to help me out during the day, though I’m perfectly happy shooting alone, as well. I do shoot alone for shorter days and elopements/microweddings.
