The open-air pavilion, scenic ceremony spots, and on-site Cottage create a relaxed and unforgettable experience. The Cottage: Comfort, Beauty, and a Place to Breathe

Our two-bedroom, one-bath Cottage is the perfect place to get ready, relax, and reconnect before the big moment. With a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious porch with pond and mountain views, it offers both comfort and charm. Each party has their own bedroom to prepare in peace, and couples are welcome to stay the night—overnight use is included in most of our packages.

    I recently stayed at Durrant Farms Estate and was so impressed by how peaceful and beautiful it is. The alpacas are such a fun touch, and the whole property has this relaxed, woodsy charm that feels really special. It’s easy to picture it as an amazing spot for an outdoor wedding—the ceremony site by the pond, the pavilion, the open skies, the panoramic mountain views…it just feels like a place where people would love to gather and celebrate. Whitney and Tom are such thoughtful hosts, too. You can tell they care deeply about making the experience meaningful and welcoming.

    Durrant Farms Estate was the perfect venue for our brunch. From the moment we arrived, the owners Whitney and Tom greeted us with a warm welcome and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and pastries. Their communication throughout the booking process was quick, easy-going and accommodating, making the experience stress-free. The estate itself is serene, luxurious and cozy, providing a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our day. Tom and Whitney are such kind and down-to-earth people who really think of everything to make their guests feel at home. They prove again and again to be gracious hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better day with the alpaca!
