About this venue

Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. Whatever you choose is up to you so it can be your perfect day on The Mustard Seed property at Your Home Away From Home in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. All of your guests can stay too in our 7 other cabins on the same 12 acres/mountain top.

    I had the best experience! I rented out the Vieux for myself and my wedding party and all of the small cabins surrounding it for my family. My wedding was on the top of the mountain and my reception was at the large cabin. It was perfect. All of my family and friends could walk around freely and never had to leave. The cabins were clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing!! I couldn’t recommend these rentals enough. I catered food from town and they had no issue finding the place and delivering it. We were close to stores but still had the mountain feel. I met with Kathryn in person and she was thrilled to help us. She immediately blocked the days out and got the ball rolling. Truly an amazing experience.
