Keystone Event Coordinating

Keystone Event Coordinating is the final piece for your perfect day! When you choose us, you're getting your wedding BFF who is super organized chaos coordinators who can tackle any element of your day with ease. On your day, you'll have at least one of our lead coordinators--Katie or Lyndsey. We are multitasking women with years of relevant experience both in and out of the wedding world. We're teachers, hairstylists, wives, mamas, creatives, and more. We LOVE weddings and would love to help create your perfect day.

Katie and Lyndsey are the best of friends; we met through our husbands (who are the OG BFFs in our group) years and years ago, became besties, and had kids at the same time who are also besties. We're also both former cheerleaders and teachers! We support each other in all areas of our lives and extend our friendship to our amazing clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to build relationships and connect with our couples, helping them feel at ease and in good hands on their most important days. We are all type-A and will do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining our cool. Plus, we love decorating...like, A LOT!
