Wedding Photographer and Photojournalist

I offer Fun, Elegant, and Exciting Wedding & Engagement Photography. I'd love to be your photographer. My style, I'm a photojournalist. I capture styled and candid shots as they happen. Some people say I have a sixth sense when it comes to capturing the perfect moment. I'd say it because I love my job and have had a great deal of practice doing it.

My style documents the days in their most natural form. I feel that people are at their best when they are being who they are. While I love having a good time with everyone, I don’t believe my lens should be the center of attention. It’s been 9 years since my first wedding in Pittsburgh and over 100 weddings later, I still have the same enthusiasm, attention to detail, and unbridled joy as when I shot Paul’s wedding. I’ve found that every wedding is different because no two families or love stories are exactly alike. Every tear, smile, speech, and hug is its own part of a singular story that is unique to those that bear witness.

    We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our special day! Portraits By Sean provided us with associate photographer, Matt, for the entire day. He was not only incredibly talented behind the camera, but he had a special knack for making us feel at ease, resulting in natural and stunning photos that our entire family will cherish for years to come. We were married on February 24, 2024, and exactly 8 days later Sean sent us hundreds of beautifully polished photos.     My fiancé hired Sean to photograph his proposal and the results were absolutely incredible. Sean is so kind and professional. I’m very uncomfortable getting my photo taken but he made me feel so comfortable and it really showed through in the photos. Nothing was overly posed, which I loved. He perfectly captured our personalities and our love for each other. We have received so many compliments and we will enjoy the photographs for a lifetime. He is going to be the photographer at our wedding - I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing it. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough.

    Working with Sean was a pleasure! I had contacted him with only 10 days left for my surprise proposal and his quick responses and on-point communication really put me at ease. Talking over the details of the surprise helped me fine tune the location and setting so he could capture some perfect moments. Sean made sure he was around throughout the night; before the surprise and afterwards for the party to capture the entire night. That way we got a great sense of the entire time for our everlasting memories. The pictures have come out great and everyone has loved them!

    Sean was extremely professional and I couldn't be happier with him as my wedding photographer. He set up some great unique shots for the party, and stayed over an hour longer than our agreement and captured some great moments at the end of reception that would have been missed if he didn't stay, so was very happy he took it upon himself to stick around. 100% would recommend to anyone!
