Your reservation includes 10 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Velora is located at 1750 Kerr Road, Sevierville, TN 37876. The nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, which is approximately 35–40 miles away (about 50–60 minutes, depending on traffic). The venue is accessible only by vehicle, so guests will need to arrive by car, taxi, or rideshare — there is no public transportation to the property 🤍

While our venue is an outdoor property and none of our facilities are formally ADA-certified, several areas are accessible for guests with mobility needs. The main house is on one level with no entry steps, and one of our ceremony sites by the pond can accommodate wheelchair access over level ground. We also provide a 6-seater golf cart to assist guests with limited mobility when needed. Our restrooms are located on the main level and may be accessible depending on individual needs, however they are not ADA-approved. If you or a guest have specific accessibility needs, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss accommodations.
