Pondside Love Nest Venue is an amazing choice for any couples wedding! Their communication style is quick and responsive. They make sure to keep in touch with their clients up until the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a beautiful pond-side setting that provided the perfect backdrop for anyone couples special day. The quality of their work and value is outstanding - the venue is an amazing value given its prime location and beautiful grounds. Any couple could not ask for a better venue to host a wedding celebration.

Pondside Love Nest Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. The owners were incredibly responsive and timely in all of our communications leading up to the big day. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning house, sprawling grounds, and fantastic amenities like a pool, hot tub, movie room, and pool table that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were also extremely helpful, ensuring the tables and chairs were set up exactly how we wanted them for the wedding. We felt well taken care of and able to get in touch with them whenever we had any questions. Our wedding day and wedding weekend at Pondside Love Nest Venue was truly magical, thanks to the beautiful setting and the wonderful owners who made the process so smooth. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for the perfect place to tie the knot!

Your reservation includes 10 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Velora is located at 1750 Kerr Road, Sevierville, TN 37876. The nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, which is approximately 35–40 miles away (about 50–60 minutes, depending on traffic). The venue is accessible only by vehicle, so guests will need to arrive by car, taxi, or rideshare — there is no public transportation to the property 🤍

Yes, all weddings over 50 people required wedding coordinator on site

While our venue is an outdoor property and none of our facilities are formally ADA-certified, several areas are accessible for guests with mobility needs. The main house is on one level with no entry steps, and one of our ceremony sites by the pond can accommodate wheelchair access over level ground. We also provide a 6-seater golf cart to assist guests with limited mobility when needed. Our restrooms are located on the main level and may be accessible depending on individual needs, however they are not ADA-approved. If you or a guest have specific accessibility needs, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss accommodations.
