4 Points Farm is nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountain and is brimming with natural beauty. Today visitors can still find glimpses of the farm’s past. Tucked around the property- historic barns, vintage tractors and farm equipment are just a few reminders of yesteryear. Paired with modern amenities, 4 Points Farm is the perfect setting for your Big Day. At 4 Points Farm we provide the resources and give you the freedom to create a totally unique event. Your wedding day deserves the best, and we have relationships with the best in the business. Our vendors specialize in organizing destination weddings for out-of-town brides. They offer different styles and prices to meet any budget. We also love DIY brides and allow you to bring your own vendors or create your special day using friends and family.

We open 10 picturesque acres of our farm for both your ceremony and reception. Foothills, farmland, and beautiful Birds Creek frame your Big Day, and there are lots of great places for your bridal photo shoot including vintage barns, gorgeous wildflowers, an antique truck, a winding gravel drive lined with horse fences, shady trees, and a pond with a lighted fountain.

            Perfect!

            We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue than 4 Points Farm! The venue is absolutely stunning, and our photos turned out beautifully. The owner was so kind, easy to work with, and truly made the planning process enjoyable. We also loved everything that was included with the venue, which made planning so much easier. The preferred vendor list helped us build an incredible vendor team, and everything came together seamlessly. We had absolutely zero issues on our wedding day and were able to relax and enjoy every moment. We highly recommend 4 Points Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience. We are so grateful for the memories we made there!

            Fall wedding 4 points farm!

            We absolutely loved having our wedding at the 4 points farm! It was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so accommodating. I saved so much money using Heathers amazing selection of decor for my tables! I couldn’t imagine doing my wedding anywhere else! It was such an amazing day with no stress!

            4 Points Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. From our first interaction, the staff was quick to respond to all of our questions and coordinate the details of our special day. Their attention to detail and friendly, down-to-earth demeanor put us at ease throughout the planning process.             My husband and I got married at 4 Points Farm in March of 2025! This venue is so beautiful! The owner, Heather Naas is amazing to work with! She is kind, great with communication, easy to work with, and made our whole experience go smoothly! I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

            Smokey Miuntain Sounds

            4 Points Farm is an excellent wedding venue that I highly recommend. The team is always easy to chat with and very responsive, making the planning process a breeze. The venue itself is a great space that has everything you need - plenty of room for up to 150 guests with ample space for the ceremony, reception, dancing, and more. I've heard nothing but positive experiences from other couples who have used this venue, and it's clear they've thought of every detail to ensure a seamless and memorable wedding day. The options they provide for customizing the ceremony and reception are fantastic, and the value is unbeatable for all that you get. This venue truly has it all!

          Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have paved parking spots near the ramp at the main entrances, and a handicap-accessible restroom. All your guests will be able to fully enjoy your Big Day.
          We do not require additional insurance policies to be purchased.
          The nearest public airports are in Knoxville, TN and Ashville, NC. You can find directions here: https://4pointsfarm.com/directions
          Yes! We have 53 cars of parking with no block-ins, as well as handicap parking near the entrance and 15 overflow spots near the front of the farm.
          Yes. We do ask that it be served by a licensed and insured bartending caterer. They run about $45/hour in our area.
          Everything under our roof is yours to use on your wedding day. We don't "rent out" separate items or charge per-person. We have a huge inventory of tables, indoor chiavari and outdoor white garden chairs, linens, barrels, log rounds, lanterns, mason jars, and signage. All you need are flowers and a few personal touches to complete your decor.
          Our peak season is October. October Saturday: $4499 October Friday/Sunday $3999 October Weekday $2999 Our standard pricing runs March-November. Winter pricing is the most affordable at 4 Points and runs from December -February. Saturday - $3999 Friday/Sunday - $3199 Weekday $2499

          You are guaranteed the venue at noon. Your rental time ends at 11:00 p.m. At that time your guests will depart and my cleaning crew will begin work. Your coordinator or "packing up crew" may stay behind until midnight to pack up your gifts, etc.
          We do not offer refunds for canceled events, but you are not responsible for further payments. We encourage couples with special circumstances to purchase cancellation insurance through WedSafe or WedSure. Policies can cover military deployments, illness, or change of job and will refund your deposits to vendors so that you may re-plan your day when ready.
          Absolutely not! We love DIY brides and families who come together to help create a unique event. My vendors are experienced and trusted, but NOT required.
