From vendor sourcing to collecting those last-minute RSVPs, with our full-service planning package we are with you every step of the way. With our phase-based planning process, we help keep you on track by creating weekly tasks and providing helpful insights. Combining that with our pro tips and industry knowledge, getting to "I do" will be a breeze!

Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts six months before the wedding day!

Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. This package starts 60 days before the wedding day!

    10/10 Wedding Planning

    Kristen and her team were AMAZING from start to finish! They made our wedding day feel absolutely seamless, and thanks to the Kristen Caputo planning team, we didn’t have a single hiccup. They thought of everything and made the entire wedding weekend so stress-free and enjoyable. I truly couldn’t recommend Kristen and her team enough. They played such a huge part in making it the best wedding weekend ever, and I’m so grateful for everything they did!

    A worry-free wedding night, thanks to Kristen

    Kristen and her team did a wonderful job with our day-of coordination. We first reached out about a year before our wedding and communicated more regularly in the months leading up to it. She was easy to reach, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly thorough. Our welcome call was especially helpful. Kristen went through the details with us, pointed out things we might have overlooked, and shared a drive full of planning tools. We were impressed by how much thought she put into helping us prepare. On the wedding night, we didn't worry about a single thing. Everything ran smoothly, and Kristen was always nearby to help with even the smallest detail. Having her and her team there made it easy for us to enjoy the night. We would absolutely recommend her.

    Kristen is the absolute best!! HIGHLY recommend!

    Kristen is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is professional, organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, kind, and so fun! We booked her for day of coordination, and it was so much more than just day of! We had several calls with her before the wedding day to get everything prepared and organized. She is great at communicating over email and responded to our questions and ideas quickly. She is very uplifting and has a wonderful, positive energy! She coordinated with all our vendors and made sure everyone provided us with any information that we needed. She had so many resources and documents we could edit and use which really helped in the final stages of planning (such as the seating chart). She was very helpful at the wedding rehearsal making it super smooth and easy! She handed out mini laminated timelines for everyone (which everyone loved!) so we all knew when we needed to be ready on the day of. On our wedding day, there was unfortunately some windy weather which was not ideal conditions, but Kristen made us feel so heard and helped us to have our ceremony outside like we wanted. She made it all happen behind the scenes and we are so grateful! We were not stressed out at all the whole day. We got to relax and enjoy knowing she had it all covered. She made the day truly special and we would not have been able to have such a great day without her. She checked in so many times throughout the day and really showed that she truly cared and was always around to lend a helping hand. If you want to have the most fun, stress free wedding day, and know that you have an amazing professional you can trust, book Kristen as your planner! We cannot thank you enough Kristen! You are the best!!

    Choose Kristen Caputo for your wedding!

    Kristen was absolutely perfect for my wedding! My Matron of Honor used her coordination services for her wedding and I was so impressed with her organization and how she worked to make the day seamless and stress free for the bride. When it came time for my own wedding, Kristen was an approved planner for my venue and was an absolute no brainer! We got married in a different state than we live in and I am not a planner, so I was immediately intimidated by the thought of planning a wedding. But working with Kristen, I never felt a single ounce of stress during the entire planning process. She helped find the perfect vendors, design the right vision board, and answered every question I could think of. I found myself saying many times during planning that I was so happy I was working with her! On wedding day, she made sure all of those design choices and ideas I had came to life perfectly. And, even when we had to go with our rain plan, she stepped in to show me how beautiful our event space looked so I wasn't focused on the change in weather but how excited I was to be getting married. I seriously could not recommend Kristen and her team enough! With Kristen's help, my wedding day was the best night of my life!

    Amazing!

    Kristin was amazing. Not only did she have reasonable pricing, but she was there for every question and thought I had regarding wedding planning. I wouldn’t have been able to do it all without her. Her skills regarding day-of coordinating and running the rehearsal were both amazing, organized, and she was enthusiastic through it all. She ensured I had everything I needed and made sure to get my opinion and input on anything and everything. Could not recommend her enough!
