Description	From vendor sourcing to collecting those last-minute RSVPs, with our full-service planning package we are with you every step of the way. With our phase-based planning process, we help keep you on track by creating weekly tasks and providing helpful insights. Combining that with our pro tips and industry knowledge, getting to "I do" will be a breeze!	Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts six months before the wedding day!	Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. This package starts 60 days before the wedding day!

The best coordinator!!!
Kristen is your girl!!! Seriously recommend. She went above and beyond expectations. As someone who wanted to DIY most of the wedding, Kristen and her team did a great job running the event day of and prep up until. Never was I stressed bevause I knew i could just look at Kristen or ask for something and she would get it done! Her team was super friendly and always helpful! The wedding was perfect AND she ensured me and my husband got food so unlike some weddings the bride and groom did not go hungry that night!! She is the best, 1000/10!!!

The Best Wedding Coordinator Partner Ever!!
Kristen was the absolute best wedding coordinator partner we could have asked for! From the very beginning, she brought a fun spunk, friendliness, high engagement, bulletproof attention to detail, significant relevant experience, and a forward looking mindset to every part of our wedding planning process. Our first planning call was so enjoyable it was like talking to an old friend – Kristen was just so easy to connect with, authentic, and invested in our experience. She served as our steadfast advocate in conversations with the venue and vendors, ensuring every detail happened exactly how we wanted, and advocating for our needs and preferences. With Kristen, it was never a question of whether or not something would or could be done; only how and when, and she was always offering her own hands and heart to make it happen. She took on every possible miscellaneous logistical and/or coordination task we could think of in the weeks leading up to, during, and after the wedding - to make the experience more stress-free and seamless for us, from setting off our cold sparks during our first dance, to dropping off our marriage license at the end of a weekend. She significantly reduced our mental and physical load anywhere she could, removing a ton of stress and allowing us to focus on the celebrations and present moment. We were never concerned that something would be forgotten or go awry in Kristen’s extremely capable hands. Even when our videographer cancelled last minute – just a few days before the wedding – Kristen was on it within a matter of minutes, providing multiple alternatives within our budget in no time, and she ended up saving the day! Every little thing we needed or asked for, she had a plan and was ready to go – it seemed she could truly handle anything. Her assistant on the day of the wedding was equally wonderful – friendly, proactive, supportive, engaged, and on top of everything. Overall, I cannot recommend Kristen enough for anyone planning a wedding, or any other major event, anytime, anywhere! She brings a rewarding sense of down to earth practicality, positive attitude, and go-getter energy that is a blessing to anyone working with her. Our wedding would truly not have been the same without her, and it was an absolute pleasure for us to have her by our side for this huge life milestone!

Best wedding planner
From our first meeting, Kristen Caputo and her team made us feel heard and understood throughout the entire planning process. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering questions quickly and adjusting plans based on what mattered to us. On the day of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork—there were no stressful moments or last-minute scrambles because they had thought through every detail. The professionalism and quality of their work is exactly what you'd expect from a seasoned planner, and they delivered on all fronts. Kristen's ability to make our vision come to life while keeping the day seamless was truly impressive. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in bringing our wedding to life.

Kristen made my wedding stress free
I’m so glad I got Kristen as my wedding coordinator! When I first started planning my wedding, I was planning to do everything myself, but I’m so glad I didn’t because Kristen took so much of that stress off my shoulders. She took over for me corresponding with all my vendors/photographer/DJ, which gave me so much extra time to prepare at home. She designed and walked us through a comprehensive timeline of our wedding day, and she was there with us all day to make sure the event went smoothly. Our wedding ended up one of the greatest memories of our lives, and all with minimal stress thanks to Kristen and her team!!!

AMAZING!!
Kristen was such a wonderful part of our wedding day. She was organized, responsive, calm under pressure and truly cared about making our day special. Throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself, she worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and made us feel supported every step of the way. We are so thankful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend her to other couples.
