Description | Our partial planning service is for couples who want to check the bigger items off of the planning list themselves but may need some assistance with crossing off the smaller details as the day gets closer. Partial planning can be customized to fit the couple's needs. This package typically starts 120 days before the wedding day! | Our wedding coordination package is perfect for couples who would like to do the majority of the planning themselves, but need someone to tie all of the pieces together and create an organized and seamless day. This package starts 60 days before the wedding day! |

The best decision for wedding planning
Kristen and her team were amazing- her services were the most critical part of our wedding! She was so organized and on top of everything for the wedding, as soon as I hired her I felt so much more at ease with the planning process. I did a pretty much DIY wedding, my venue did not provide anything other than the venue and furniture, therefore, I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding and multiple vendors involved. Kristen took all the chaotic information I provided and streamlined the whole thing. She organized everything for me into a very easy to follow timeline and then was in constant communication with all the vendors. My regular hair dresser is the hair dresser I used for my wedding and she and I are friends. She told me that from a vendor's perspective, Kristen was the best coordinator/planner she had ever worked with. She was very impressed with her constant communication and all of the details she thought of in preparation of the event. Kristen and her team took my vision and made it a reality which was no easy task but she got it done. This was hands down the most positive experience I had in wedding planning/preparation and I would highly recommend Kristen for any planning needs!

Kristen was made to be a Wedding Coordinator! She made our lives a million times easier... Whether it was thinking of things we hadn't even considered, being two steps ahead of us at all times, or gracefully problem solving and facilitating communication with our vendors, we could tell she wanted us to have the most enjoyable and seamless experience. We thought we could tackle wedding prep and day of on our own, and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. I definitely recommend having a Coordinator and I definitely recommend letting Kristen be that person! Her joy and laugher eased our stress, and we loved having her there to encourage us and be excited with us during engagement and wedding planning!

Kristen Caputo was a life saver! We were not a couple who had ever thought about what their wedding would look like, and we had so many questions. She helped us through every step of the way and provided us with great ideas and resources. We shared how we wanted our wedding to feel and our overall vision, and she helped us work through the details to bring our ideas to life. After every planning meeting, we felt relaxed and prepared because of her guidance. She was readily available through text/email whenever we had questions and made multiple trips to the venue. During the rehearsal, she made sure everyone in the wedding knew where to go and fielded logistical questions like the professional she is. On the day of, everything went PERFECTLY. We were lucky enough to not have anything go wrong, and we strongly believe this was because Kristen and Megan’s hard work. They ensured that decorations were set up as planned, everyone was on time, and that all the vendors knew where to go/what to do. As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing! We had the most fun day of our life. After the wedding, she organized all the decorations, collected leftovers, and made sure everyone had their belongings. Our wedding was amazing and we could not have done it without Kristen and her team. We love Kristen!!
Sometimes you just don’t know what you don’t know…
My wedding venue required us to hire a professional planner for our event. To be honest, I wasn’t pleased about adding another expense to the ever-growing list of costly “must haves”, and I just knew that I didn’t need help, but what choice did I have? Fast forward, and… The only thing better than hiring Kristen was saying I do! Seriously! She was everything I didn’t know I needed. We hired her for “day of” services, and she went far beyond that. She scheduled calls & meetings, became the vendor contact, created a timeline, and kept everything and everyone on track before, during and after the wedding. She even went out of her way to find last minute table numbers when I left mine at home. Kristen was absolutely AMAZING in every way, and I simply can’t say enough fantastic things about her and what she did to ensure our day was perfect. She’s professional, organized, funny, and completely down to earth. By the time the wedding was over I felt like I had hired a friend, not just a wedding planner. Her assistant, Megan, was on point, and I felt like she knew me. She was helpful, calming and so much fun! I can’t imagine the day going any better, and I owe so much of that to them. If I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn’t have ever tried to do it without her. If you’re on the fence… jump off… pick up the phone… send that email! Girl, you NEED Kristen Caputo in your life. Your only regret will be that you didn't reach out sooner!
