“Not only was her food absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond with all other aspects of our wedding week. We rented a cabin in the Sevierville, TN in January with a plan for an outdoor wedding...With her expertise and experience, she was able to give the best advice (moving reception inside) to keep my guests happy AND WARM. With this switch up, she helped us create Plan A, B and C to ensure everything went smoothly ... in many ways she became my wedding coordinator as she is quite the natural. When it came to creating a menu, she provided her options, but everything was modifiable especially for this GLUTEN FREE girlie. She was able to make the whole dish gf, cookies and cake gf. I had a night before party and she made the cookies gf for that and then The Heirloom Apron did the icing/designs. Everyone talked about the food all night... the short ribs... HAVE to be on your menu. The gf kitchen sink cookies... HAVE to be on your menu. But honestly everything (lamb meatballs, roasted veggies, sweet potatoes, and the pork roulade) were truly amazing and so flavorful!”
