For generations, All Occasion Catering has specialized in bringing beautiful meals and lasting memories to your table. With more than three decades worth of experience in coordinating culinary masterpieces for special events, weddings and community functions in Knoxville, Tenn., All Occasion Catering is committed to providing you with outstanding catering service, no matter the occasion. Owned by Susan and Neal Green, All Occasion Catering carries a legacy of family tradition, quality service and exceptional cuisine.

In 2000, the Knoxville-based catering company was passed down to the Greens, who have since continued to honor its focus—providing experience and outstanding service to their Knoxville neighbors. We’re a family of chefs, servers and gourmands who are passionate about quality food. From serving 12 guests at a private dinner party to a corporate event with several thousand, All Occasion Catering is Knoxville’s most award-winning catering company. We understand feeding a crowd is stressful, so we exist to make your life easier.

    Best Wedding Food We’ve Ever Had!

    All Occasions Catering was absolutely amazing! From the start, they answered all of my questions and were incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to food allergies. We chose a family-style dinner, and it was a huge hit with our guests. The food was incredible, and everything was served seamlessly. On our wedding day, the staff was professional, friendly, and so much fun, they were even dancing with us and helped make the entire celebration unforgettable. We received so many compliments, and people are still telling us it was the best wedding food they've ever had! We couldn't have asked for a better catering team and highly recommend All Occasions Catering to anyone planning a wedding or special event

    Just don’t do it.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. The company was recently bought out and the new owner is a complete jerk.

    Great with Allergies

    We did not have a food catering choice but we are so thankful for them! They gave us celiac friendly food ideas so I (the bride) wouldn’t break out in hives when people touched me. No one wants that on their wedding day! No one knew it was gluten free either and it was delicious. So thankful. Easy to worth with!

Yes, our event minimum is $4,500 for all weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee.
We recommend chatting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting/phone consult will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
We serve Knoxville and surrounding counties. If your wedding is out of our service range, we will asses and charge a travel fee based on location.
We can provide individual meals for most dietary restrictions. We can also create a full vegetarian or vegan menu.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
