Tessa was so amazing from the beginning. She's so sweet and answered all of my questions in detail, then turned around and worked with my mom answering all her questions with a smile. She catered to my budget and made sure I got everything I wanted. She even stayed on the day of my wedding to make sure everything was set up perfectly! All in all I would absolutely hire her again and again!

Tessa and her team were absolutely fantastic! We receiving many glowing compliments on the food from our guests and really enjoyed the appetizers and food that we chose. Tessa was a very prompt communicator and always took time to explain her recommendations. We would recommend Tessa and her team to anyone planning a wedding or other special event!

Tessa and the team at Simply Sated By Tessa were incredible to work with for our wedding. Tessa was so good about communication - she is amazing at keeping us informed and making sure all of our needs were met. Her work is so good, from the beautiful presentation she set up for the chips and dips to the amazing dinner service. The food was a huge hit with all of our guests. Tessa helped out so much and made sure our guests had enough of everything. We definitely recommend her for anyone planning a wedding - she is good and will make sure your special day is perfect.

Everything about my experience was amazing, Chef Tessa was very quick to respond to me during the months leading up to my wedding. Was very helpful in the process of deciding what food I was choosing and how much as well! The food was phenomenal, we got the lasagna and roast beef and I highly recommend these, every single guest LOVED it and lots of people got seconds. We had a seated meal and the waiters were amazing as well, they all came to check on us several times, refilling drinks, bringing more food and were so friendly. Would totally recommend to book her and would book again for any other event!
