Street Provisions with Chef James

I wanted to share my appreciation for the beautiful, loving people I am blessed to serve as Pastor. I shared with Chef James my menu idea and he found a way to make it work, even suggesting comparable side items. The thing about Chef James is that even during phone conversations he has a humility about him that is comforting and assuring. He suggested the sides and I went with his suggestions with no reservations. Chef James is very professional and timely also. He showed up to the church and used the fellowship hall to prepare all of the menu items while service continued in the sanctuary. Parishioners were excited to taste the food which smelled great. It was impossible for me to take great pictures of the shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles; but wow! Folks were so complimentary of the food. Not too many people could pull off satisfying 100 people the way that Chef James did. He even cleaned up after himself thoroughly and left the fellowship hall looking great. Looking forward to fellowshipping and using this service again. Please support his business. You won’t be disappointed.

James and his team did not disappoint. We went to an inaugural event that the company hosted and it was a great evening. From the servers to the music to the great food that was prepared, my wife and I had a great experience. James and his team put on a great evening and we look forward to attending more!

I had their awesome food at a wedding anniversary! Everything from the chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits and the BACON! It was delicious!

I found Chef James on a wedding planning site, and from the very first outreach to him he was responsive, professional, and helped guide me through planning for a small birthday party for my husband. He arrived from 2 1/2 hours away with a full crew of helpers, all of who were Incredibly nice. They set up our buffet beautifully, and the food was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’d highly recommend him for any event you might have!
