I’m Daniel, founder of Dolce & Pearl, an interactive dessert and luxury food experience company serving Charlotte and the surrounding area. We specialize in freshly filled cannolis, elegant tiramisu, interactive s’mores, fresh-spun cotton candy, and our signature roaming caviar service. My goal is to create memorable, beautifully presented experiences that feel personal, polished, and different from traditional catering. From elegant desserts to premium caviar, Dolce & Pearl brings modern luxury, hospitality, and memorable guest experiences together in one place.

    Phenomenal cannons! Fantastic service!

    Awesome experience

    I had an awesome experience with Dolce & Pearl! Everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and genuinely delicious. The cannolis were a huge hit, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into both the quality of the food and the overall presentation. What really stood out was the service. Daniel was professional, friendly, easy to work with, and made the whole experience feel special. Dolce & Pearl brings something different from a typical dessert vendor—it’s interactive, upscale, and definitely something guests remember.     Daniel is awesome

    Working with Dolce & Pearl was such a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Daniel and his team communicated with us every step of the way, making sure they understood exactly what we needed for our wedding day. They showed real knowledge about food, timing, and how to make our guests feel taken care of, which made all the difference. What stood out most was how available they were whenever we had questions or concerns—they never made us feel like we were bothering them. Yes. Local delivery and travel may be included with select packages. Events outside our standard service area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and event location. Any applicable fees will always be discussed upfront and included in your custom quote—no surprises.
Yes, our event minimum is $750 for all weddings.
Dolce & Pearl proudly serves Charlotte and surrounding communities throughout North and South Carolina, including Lake Wylie, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Clover, and nearby areas. We’re also happy to travel for weddings and special events outside our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
At this time, Dolce & Pearl does not offer traditional cake cutting services. Our focus is on interactive dessert and luxury food experiences, including cannolis, tiramisu, s’mores, cotton candy, and roaming caviar. We’re always happy to coordinate with your planner, venue, or catering team to make dessert service flow smoothly.
We recommend booking Dolce & Pearl at least 2–4 months in advance for weddings and larger events. Popular dates, especially during spring and fall wedding season, may book earlier. For smaller celebrations, we may be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
Typically, we’ll connect 1–2 times before your wedding to confirm your service, guest count, timeline, venue details, and any special requests. We’re also happy to coordinate directly with your planner or venue so everything is organized and ready for your big day.
Yes! You can combine multiple Dolce & Pearl experiences to create a more memorable event. Popular pairings include freshly filled cannolis with tiramisu, interactive s’mores with cotton candy, or adding our roaming caviar service to cocktail hour. We’re happy to customize a package based on your guest count, timeline, and vision.
Our standard service time is typically 1.5 hours, which works well for cocktail hour, dessert service, or an interactive guest experience. Additional service time can be requested and added to your package based on your event timeline and needs.
Yes! Setup and cleanup for our service area are included with your Dolce & Pearl experience. Our team arrives prepared to set up the presentation, serve your guests, and clean up our equipment and service area afterward so you can focus on enjoying your event.
