I love what I do. I love all my couples and I love where I live & that so many choose this area to get married in. I feel that love is love, no matter who is getting married, & everyone deserves to have the biggest, best wedding day ever! And I love to share that with each of my couples on so many different levels. Whether I am DJing, officiating, planning, coordinating, bartending, decorating, creating florals or any combo of those, I always leave my events feeling like I’ve added new family to mine!
We are women owned and operated. In a world where DJs are primarily men, Amanda & I stand out as fun, upbeat females. Starting in January 2026, we are partnering with several local venues to bring all inclusive options to couples looking to have the least stressful & most streamlined wedding experience possible, regardless of whether it’s a destination wedding or a local couple wanting to get married in our gorgeous area. We have mountain, lake & combination view venues. We have rustic, refined & all vibes in between to choose from. All packages include Officiation, photography, coordination & much more!

BEST DJ EVER!!!!
From our first conversation with Kinkead Performance & Events, we knew we had found the right DJ for our wedding. The team was easy to work with, genuinely funny, and made the whole planning process feel effortless. On the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond what we expected—they were so welcoming and read the room perfectly, playing exactly what our guests wanted to hear at every moment. Wedding Coordination
Kris and her team were absolutely incredible throughout our entire wedding planning journey. From the day I booked with her, she consistently checked in to see how I was doing and was always available whenever I had a question, needed advice, or simply wanted someone to talk to. I could honestly go on and on about how amazing she is! Just two days before our wedding, we had a major cake mishap. I called Kris, and within 10 minutes she had found a new baker. The replacement cake was not only stunning but also absolutely delicious. If anyone ever tells you that you don't need a wedding planner or coordinator, this experience alone is proof of why you do! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. Kris and her team transformed the space beautifully and made sure we never had to worry about a single thing. With a high chance of rain in the forecast, Kris closely monitored the weather all day. Together, we made the decision to move the ceremony indoors, and she and her team quickly and seamlessly reset the ceremony space without missing a beat. After the wedding, several members of our bridal party and family commented on how grateful they were that they could truly relax and enjoy the day because Kris and her team had everything under control. I cannot recommend Kris and her team enough. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made, and I will always be grateful they were such an important part of our special day!

We are so grateful for Kristi! She stepped in and took over as our officiant last minute and made the whole experience perfect! She made our ceremony short and sweet- exactly what we wanted and made the entire experience feel easy, meaningful, and stress-free. She stayed in close contact with us afterward as well, helping with local recommendations and answering questions about our marriage certificate, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant :)

I truly don’t even know where to begin—having Kinkead Performance & Events as our wedding coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding journey. From the very first conversation, Kris made us feel completely at ease. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they handled every detail with such professionalism, care, and calm confidence that we were actually able to enjoy the process. And then came the unexpected—a snowstorm that forced us to move our wedding from Saturday to Friday. What could have been incredibly stressful turned into something seamless because of them. They personally reached out to vendors, coordinated every change, and handled all the moving pieces without us having to lift a finger. We didn’t have to stress, make a million calls, or worry about what would happen next—they had it completely under control. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. If there were any hiccups, we never saw them—because they handled everything behind the scenes.
