Your wedding was literally a throw down like no other, and I am so appreciative and honored to have been a part of it! Your attendees were all so supportive, and the fact that they were cheering and giving me props for the transitions shows you keep a good crowd of people who know how to appreciate music! 100/10 wedding A++ - Don't hesitate to reach out if you throw a party!

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to this review; as you know, my family has been navigating a severe medical crisis, which has been my priority. I do feel it is important to provide context regarding the "perfect storm" you mentioned. The lack of communication the night before was due to that severe medical emergency—my sister was hospitalized with a sudden brain bleed. While I could not be there personally, I immediately executed our emergency contract clause and sent my business partner, a professional DJ, to ensure your wedding was covered without interruption. Regarding the flow of the evening, many of the coordination issues mentioned stemmed from the absence of a professional Wedding Planner or timeline. Without a designated point person, confusion regarding photos and announcements is unfortunately common, and my DJ did her best to manage the flow while keeping the music going. Finally, regarding the delay for the first dance: We review all our events for quality assurance. Our GoPro footage shows the transition from your entrance to the first dance took about 4 seconds, so I want to assure you there were no technical issues on that end. We offered a $350 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the emergency substitution that was declined.
