Aside from getting ready, couples often use our main house for cocktail hour. You and your family have access to the entire house on your special day.

This versatile space features a well-equipped bar, and two outdoor firepit areas, perfect for mingling under the stars. The hall boasts exceptional lighting, thanks to elegant glass sliding doors and stunning chandeliers. Equipped with surround sound speakers and a convenient catering prep area in the back, it ensures a seamless experience for your special event.

Discover our intimate garden area, a hidden gem that offers a small and intimate space for guests, complete with a mini "chapel" style building, creating a serene and enchanting atmosphere for your special event. The chapel features handcrafted benches made from reclaimed wood used in the restoration of the Manor House, seating up to 70 guests. With additional ceremony chairs included, the space can accommodate up to 120 seated guests.

Step into our 60x60 beautiful outdoor patio, an ideal setting for any occasion, adorned with enchanting fairy lights, a convenient bar area for cocktails, large fixed umbrellas, and thoughtfully arranged tables and chairs to ensure a comfortable experience, all included with your rental.

Our bridal suite is a light-filled, modern retreat designed for elegance and ease. Spacious and serene, it’s the perfect place for the bride and her party to get ready, relax, and enjoy quiet moments before the celebration. The groom’s suite, tucked away in the attic, offers a rustic yet entertaining escape with a full bar, 75-inch TV, and game table, creating a laid-back yet refined space for the groom and his party to celebrate together.

A dedicated makeup and hair room designed for ease and comfort. Located just steps from the bridal suite, this space allows everyone to spread out and stay organized. With ample mirrors, multiple outlets for styling tools, comfortable seating, and beautiful natural light, it offers the same elegance and brightness as the bridal suite, with plenty of room to prepare seamlessly.

Step into the enchanting bourbon and wine cellar beneath the Manor, a hidden gem filled with timeless charm. This intimate space accommodates up to 25 guests and features custom-made tables and chairs, a large wine rack, and a handcrafted bar built from reclaimed wood from the Manor’s restoration. Couples receive one hour of use anytime before the ceremony, perfect for tastings, private moments, or a unique pre-ceremony experience.

Experience a unique stay in our elevated rustic treehouse lodging, situated six feet high and offering comfortable accommodations for up to four guests, complete with a charming deck to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Enjoy our firepit area right outside of the houses! The treehouses are included in your wedding rental and can fit 16 total guests.
