I’m Taylor, Owner and Lead Planner of Taylored Society Events. My path to wedding planning is rooted in service, intention, and connection. With a background in nursing and corporate event production, I bring a calm, detail-driven approach to every celebration—balancing logistics with heart. Alongside my husband, a U.S. Army veteran, I founded Taylored Society with the belief that weddings should feel deeply personal, not performative. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and fully present, and about transforming emotion into an experience that feels effortless, meaningful, and true to each couple’s story.

Taylored Society Events is rooted in storytelling, not templates. I take the time to truly know my couples—what matters to them, how they want their day to feel, and the moments they’ll remember long after it’s over. My approach blends thoughtful design, intentional planning, and a calm, steady presence throughout the process. With a foundation in service and a planner’s eye for both logistics and emotion, I create celebrations that feel curated yet natural, elevated but never overproduced.     The BEST wedding planner

    Hiring Taylor was the best decision we made for our wedding. She listened carefully to what we wanted and turned it into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Her kindness, patience, and creativity made the entire planning process enjoyable instead of stressful. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to Taylor for her hard work and passion. We are forever thankful!

    Seriously love her

    Hiring Taylor for our wedding last year was hands down one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. From the very beginning she was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and responsive. Every question we had was answered quickly and she helped us think through details we never would have considered on our own. Taylor created clear timelines, kept our vendor team on track & made the entire process feel manageable and calm. On the wedding day itself, everything was perfect (or even if it wasn't, we didnt know a thing!) We were actually able to relax and enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled. I’ve worked in the wedding and events industry for several years and have planned and coordinated a wide range of weddings, from intimate, design-forward celebrations to larger, full-scale events. You’ll be working directly with me, Taylor, throughout the planning process. I intentionally keep my client roster curated so I can be fully present and hands-on with each couple. For larger events, I may bring in a trusted assistant on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly, but I remain your main point of contact from start to finish.
Yes! I offer a range of services including full-service planning and design, partial planning, and month-of coordination. Each package is thoughtfully structured to meet couples where they are in the planning process. During our initial conversation, we’ll walk through your needs and determine which level of support makes the most sense for you.
Absolutely. Design is a big part of what I do. This can include developing a cohesive aesthetic, guiding color palettes and rentals, collaborating with your florist, and ensuring all visual elements feel intentional and aligned. Even in coordination-focused packages, I keep an eye on the overall look and flow of the day so everything feels polished and cohesive.
That depends on the level of planning support you choose. Full-service planning includes ongoing communication and regular check-ins, while partial planning and coordination involve more focused touchpoints as key milestones approach. Regardless of the package, I aim to be accessible, organized, and respectful of your time while making sure you feel fully supported.
I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on to ensure each couple receives my full attention. In all cases, I only book one wedding per day. Quality, presence, and a seamless experience for my couples always come first.
I’m happy to recommend trusted vendors I’ve worked with in the past, but I’m also always open to collaborating with new vendor teams. My priority is building a strong, communicative team that aligns with your vision and supports a smooth wedding day.
Couples often inquire anywhere from a few months to over a year in advance. Popular dates and seasons do book quickly, so reaching out sooner rather than later is always encouraged.
