My wife and I have had our Baked Bear storefront, located in The Colony, for three years and decided to expand into a food truck late last year due to the high demand of catering requests. It has been an amazing journey so far and we hope to continue bringing smiles to people's faces one ice cream sandwich at a time!

We're known for our Custom Ice Cream Sandwiches - a novelty dessert truck with cookies that are baked from scratch daily and super premium craft ice cream, made using only the highest-quality ingredients all from homemade original recipes. Given the opportunity to mix and match cookies and ice cream to your heart's content, you can get creative in the absolute most delicious way possible! :)

    Farrow wedding

    The Baked Bear Food Truck was an absolute hit at our wedding! Their communication leading up to the big day was very important and they demonstrated great work skills in delivering an amazing catering experience. They made our day different and fun by serving up their delicious custom ice cream sandwiches and other treats that had all of our guests raving.     Great wedding vendor!

    Everyone seemed to love the Baked Bear food truck's custom ice cream sandwiches! It became the talk of the entire event! I thought the fact that they warm up their sandwiches without melting the ice cream was a really neat idea!! I would definitely go with this vendor if you're wanting an amazing dessert option for your guests!

    Simply AMAZING dessert option for my big day!!

    The Baked Bear food truck was the HIGHLIGHT of our wedding day. It was so fun to have my guest create their own customized ice cream sandwiches. They also hot press the sandwich, warming the cookies without melting the ice cream. The service, the pretty truck, and of course the sandwich/sundaes were simply outstanding!! Highly recommend!
