    Cowboy Chicken was outstanding!!!

    Cowboy Chicken Catering made our wedding day so much easier. Courtney and her lead team leader were friendly, professional, and felt like part of our family from start to finish. They had the food presentation down perfectly and stayed on top of everything without us having to say a word or give instructions. We got to enjoy celebrating with our guests instead of worrying about serving food or refilling dishes. The whole team was accessible and genuinely cared about making our day special. We're hoping they'll be available for our next event!

    I had it once and had to have it again!

    A friend of mine had Cowboy Chicken cater her wedding and I just thought I would do the same! The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was just all around the best!

    Outstanding!

    Outstanding! Jessica was friendly, professional, and Proficient with everything that we needed. All the Guests were happy and satisfied plenty of food I would recommend her and Cowboys chickens to anyone having any type of wedding professional catering and or personal.

    We decided upon Cowboy Chicken for our wedding after our original caterer stopped returning our calls, seems pretty normal these days. I'm so relieved we ended up choosing them. Brittany's so easy to work with while ensuring I had nothing to worry about. She also allowed us to change our count last minute to make additional accommodations and went out of his way to make our day perfect. I highly recommend Cowboy Chicken and her team

    Cowboy chicken for the win!

    We had Cowboy Chicken Catering handle all the food for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Jessica and her staff were awesome from start to finish, responding quickly to our questions and keeping us updated every step of the way. The chicken was delicious and our guests kept coming back for more throughout the evening. For what we paid, the value was fantastic – we got quality food and service without breaking the bank. Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within DFW. Additional fees may apply to deliveries further than 20 miles of the restaurant location.
No! We just have a minimum for catering which is $100.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest! Free of charge!
We are excellent with short notice, but we usually do require a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. Exceptions can be made.
We can provide individual fully gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan menus. Also, the majority of our sides are vegetarian.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We’re happy to meet as many times as you’d like. Typically, we’ll do a tasting first, and then handle the remaining details by phone or email for convenience.
We serve the entire DFW and Longview areas and are happy to travel up to about an hour outside the surrounding area as well.
