Tattle Tales Catering LLC is a wedding catering service based in Arlington, Texas. We believe that food is not just fuel for the body, but an experience that should be enjoyed with every bite. Our founder, Chef Willie, has been whipping up delicious dishes since he was old enough to reach the stove. Chef Willie realized his passion for food and love for cooking could be combined to create delicious meals for everyone to enjoy and bring the love of cooking and passion for food straight to your event! Chef Willie founded TattleTales in his hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana with his focus on authentic South Louisiana cuisine.

This is real authentic South Louisiana cuisine. We put 110% into everything we do. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with people and we do everything to show our gratitude in everything we do. In every party or event, you need three things: good people, good music, and good food. Let us handle the good food.

    Wonderful food and ownner!

    Through our time communicating over email and phone the owner was very fast with responses and extremely kind. We had the privilege of meeting Willie in October of 2025 for a tasting for our rehearsal dinner. He served us wonderful food that we requested and even gave us leftovers to take home. He worked with me over a course of a few months to ensure we picked just what we wanted for our menu. He was great at answering questions and making accommodations to what our preferences were. He checked in and made sure all was set before the day of. On the day of our rehearsal dinner, he arrived early to set up and make sure all was in order. His boudin balls were a personal and crowd favorite. Everything was super delicious. He was extremely kind and had such a un playful manor. His energy was great and he did a great job, even staying later to refill everything. He is a wonderful guy that makes wonderful food. We 100% recommend Willie with Tattle Tales Catering
