The owner herself rolled up her sleeves and worked the entire night, orchestrating every detail with the energy of a best friend who just happens to be a culinary genius. The food was nothing short of spectacular: every passed hors d’oeuvre disappeared in seconds, the plated mains were restaurant-caliber, and the late-night snack station kept the dance floor packed. Guests are still texting us about the truffle mac bites and the perfect medium-rare filet. Our servers and bartenders were pure class—attentive without hovering, quick with a smile, and somehow always one step ahead of every need. Best in customer service and the food is amazing.
She takes her time with food and you can tell by how it taste. Her traditional dishes are to die for. Overall her personality and understanding is what got me. I asked and she delivers. I encourage everyone to try Zola.
