Highly recommend !
From the start, Chef Histrinne made planning our wedding so easy with clear communication and thoughtful questions about what we wanted. The team showed up early, brought beautiful linens, and had waitstaff who genuinely cared about taking care of our guests. Their approach felt inclusive and personal, like they really wanted to make our day special. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, which gave us great value for what we got. Everyone kept complimenting the service and the meal. We would absolutely recommend Histrinne's to any couple looking for caterers who are both professional and genuinely nice people.

The food was nothing short of spectacular: every passed hors d’oeuvre disappeared in seconds, the plated mains were restaurant-caliber, and the late-night snack station kept the dance floor packed. Guests are still texting us about the truffle mac bites and the perfect medium-rare filet. From our first interaction, they were prompt, helpful, and informative, walking us through every detail of their catering services. Their team's creativity and attention to detail truly blew us away - the food they prepared was not only delicious, but they also helped us design and spice up our specialty cocktails, going above and beyond to make our day special. As an added bonus, they traveled all the way from their Dallas-area kitchen to our venue in Galveston, providing everything we needed to make our wedding reception a huge success. Histrinne's communication was on top from the start. She reached out to us right away when we expressed interest in her catering services. Best in customer service and the food is amazing.
She takes her time with food and you can tell by how it taste. Her traditional dishes are to die for. Overall her personality and understanding is what got me. I asked and she delivers. I encourage everyone to try Zola.
