    I feel so bad for writing this as I’m not a bad review type of gal, but I think other brides need to see this before booking. We went with a grazing table to save money on food, but ended up spending about 700 with Goud Thymes for a grazing table and XL dessert table. People warned me before I saw the table that it was “small.” All of it together was maaayyyybeeee 4ft. We only had 55 people at the wedding and a lot of people didn’t get to eat. I feel very misled about how many people the grazing table was supposed to feed. Didn’t use the serving trays we provided. Whoever set up came in and left without communicating with me, so they didn’t even get their tip. Which was probably for the best. The pomegranates weren’t edible, there wasn’t enough food for the guests, and when I finally got to go look at what was left (I didn’t even get any!), literally everything looked like it was from Walmart and unwashed produce. Baby carrots were dried out and weird looking, especially. Two people came up and told me that the mini cupcakes and lemon cake slices were actually from Walmart. There was an entire wheel of Brie cheese on the table that was not even cut open and no knife left to do so. I’m so sad, I feel like I could have done better on my own by literally going to Walmart or HEB. I was so heartbroken and it’s definitely something I’m going to remember. Again, I feel bad for saying this, but I don’t want this experience to happen to another bride. Please consider booking with someone else.

    Hi Lilly - We're so sorry to hear about your experience and take your feedback very seriously. I did want to address your concerns and clarify - You ordered a 1/2 grazing table, which we communicated is 3 ft. The XL board took up that additional foot, which would total the 4 ft mentioned in your review. Unfortunately, I did not see serving trays and was not told before your wedding or during setup that serving trays needed to be used. On wedding days, it is highly unlikely for me to see the bride as the bride is usually getting dressed, having fun in the bridal suite, taking pics, etc. As you were aware, we arrive 2 hours in advance to setup your table and leave before your event starts, and that is exactly what we did for your wedding. Additionally, we GREATLY pride ourselves on fresh, good food, and I can assure you all of our produce is purchased fresh and washed in a water/vinegar solution. Again, I truly apologize you had a bad experience. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any more concerns or would like to discuss this further. Thank you!

    Goud Thymes Charcuterie and Events was a fantastic choice for our wedding catering. Their communication throughout the planning process was good, and they were responsive to our questions and requests. On the day of the wedding, the quality of their work was amazing - the charcuterie displays and passed hors d'oeuvres looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect, helping with little details beyond just the catering. We received so many compliments from our guests on the exceptional food and service. Goud Thymes truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

    Shalonda was amazing. She was professional and kind, on time and the food presentation was amazing, despite it being a summer outdoor wedding (challenging needless to say!). The guests raved about the food and we couldn't recommend her more. Overall a lovely experience and we will use her again no questions asked if the occasion arises.
