I don't view this as a job, I love what I do and am passionate about getting to know every one of my couples and their personal love story. Every wedding is different and unique to your story so I aim to ensure your vision is executed and this is a stress-free joyful process!

In addition to the offerings in the Turquoise Package, this Package includes Full Wedding Management, Budget Management Resources, Planning Timeline, Vendor Contract Review, Assistance in Vendor Quotes and Selection, Seating Chart & Floor Plan Creation, Up to 2 hours of Rehearsal Coordination, and Five Consultations Leading Up to the Big Day.	Taking over vendor communication a month out, the Navy Blue package might be for you! This package includes -3 months out coordination -Everything from the Baby Blue package plus.... -Floor plan creation -Four consultations -Review of all vendor contracts, terms and conditions -Attendance to final vendor meetings -Vendor communication takeover at 3 months out	Planning your own wedding but want some additional support on the big day? I'm here for ya! My base package includes: Up to 10 hours of Day of Coordination, Vendor Communication Take Over 7 days Prior to the Big Day, Creation and Management of Timeline, Main Point of Contact for Vendors, Guests, and Wedding Party, Assistance with Decor Set Up and Take Down, One Consultation Month of Wedding, and Unlimited Text & Communication!

Mackenzie is Top Notch
Working with Mac & Co. Planning LLC was an absolute game-changer for our wedding day. Mackenzie's direct and polite communication style made everything feel manageable, even when unexpected challenges came up—she was on top of every issue before we even knew to worry. From designing the program to coordinating every detail before the ceremony, she handled the logistics seamlessly while I dealt with family emergencies that kept me away from planning. What impressed us most was her white glove service throughout the reception itself; she was constantly working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. Mackenzie has this incredible ability to make the day feel effortless, like she's waving a magic wand to bring your vision to life. Mackenzie is truly the best. Our day would not have been possible with her. We booked her for 3 months and right away in December she became probably the most important addition to our wedding planning. Not only did she help us think of ideas to make our wedding visions come to life, but she also was very responsive, and dependable if we asked her to take over a project or help with something. It was also so amazing to have Mackenzie on the day of my wedding to help with little things or issues that came up so I didn’t even have to think about it. She is also super friendly and we love her personality. Thank you so much Mackenzie!!

Amazing Coordinator

Mackenzie is incredibly communicative throughout the entire planning process, always keeping you informed and addresses any questions or concerns you have honestly and transparently. The best wedding planner
From the moment we hired Mac & Co. Planning LLC, the communication was direct, clear and speedy. Mackenzie and her team provided perfection, constant reliability and incredible value throughout the entire wedding planning process. I had no worries on our big day as Mackenzie was on top of everything - when issues arose, she was my first contact and quickly resolved any concerns. Truly an amazing planner, Mackenzie was always readily available and quick to answer any question or worry I had. Mackenzie was absolutely amazing! As someone who was described as a type B bride, I know I would have missed so many little details without her. She was incredibly responsive—always quick to reply to texts and emails (even when I told her it could wait!). During the final month, Mackenzie completely took over communication with vendors so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Since I was living out of state for most of the planning process, her organization and support were truly a lifesaver. I can’t recommend Mackenize enough!
