Hi! My name is Yahaira Marsell and I am the Founder & Lead Planner of Exquisite Visionary Events. I started this company to help others create beautiful and unique events. My love for planning began early in my life. I have always enjoyed organizing events and community outreach programs for my community, family, and friends. When I set out to do something I do it with great pride and passion. I give 110% to my company, my family, and my clients. Let me be your "get it done" right hand woman!!

We are a Veteran, & Woman owned business. Exquisite Visionary Events is extremely family oriented, and our clients become like family to us during the planning process. We provide that Southern Hospitality we all love. With up to 8 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and Account Management I have gained many skill sets that set me apart from many other event planners in my industry.

    Nothing short of spectacular!

    We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner. From the very first conversation to the final moments of our wedding day, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and calm presence made the entire planning process not only stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable. They took our vision and elevated it into something even more beautiful than we ever imagined. Every detail was flawless, perfectly timed, and thoughtfully executed. On the day of the wedding, we were able to be completely present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in the most capable hands.     LOVED Exquisite Visisonary Events

    Yahaira and her team were AMAZING. Ahead of the wedding she was so easy to talk to and so job-judgmental about the things that stressed me out. Even better, she knew how to take on the day because of some of those things. Even the hiccups that happened I knew I didn’t have to worry because everything was in her very capable hands. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the fairytale it was without her support! From making sure all the little details we had wanted happened, to just being a great person who genuinely cared about us and our event, I couldn’t recommend her more!!

    Wonderful Wedding

    Yahaira and her assistant did the most amazing job at my wedding! Any small details that were out of order they were right there to help fix it, couldn’t have picked a better day of coordinator!

    Exceptional Service! Look no further!

    I was 7 months pregnant on the month of my wedding and desperately needed to hire someone that would be able to do most of the work for me before and day of wedding. It was important to my husband to get married before the baby came and so with Yahaira help my dream wedding was made possible. Exquisite_visionaryevents was able to formulate a plan to get my wedding going on the fast track according with my likes and needs. The knowledge and skills this company bring are superb. Yahaira shared her vision with me and it exceeded my expectations! The communication, organization and creativity were unmeasurable. She offered innovative ideas while also incorporating my preferences. The company’s attention to detail set them apart and they ensured every aspect of my wedding was well thought out and executed to perfection. On my wedding day I felt stress free.
