I create room for you to be present at your event by taking the noise of planning and turning it into something beautiful. I can cover all of your communication and detail oriented needs to help you sit back and enjoy your event.
Since graduating Texas A&M in 2014, I have worked for both large and small-scale nonprofit organizations. Within those years I learned how to run events with a dedication to efficiency. I started this venture into solo event management because I saw the need for an external person to help steer the event. I want to step into these spaces and help people experience the fruits of their labor. From weddings and anniversary celebrations to fundraisers and milestone birthdays, unload all of your day-of needs and celebrate!

EXCELLENT
Cortney is AMAZING! If I could give her more than 5 stars I absolutely would. She made our lives so much easier not only on just the day of but the weeks leading up to our big day as well. Cortney is super easy to work with, handles everything, including things that you may not think of on your own. She made sure that I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day and that every detail was how I had imagined it would be. Any couple looking for a day of coordinator should definitely hire her!
Corntey Made Our Day Perfect!
Cortney's knowledge, expertise and professionalism was invaluable. She walked us through all the many challenges of planning our perfect day from finalizing our timeline, working out the kinks (that we couldn't see) and executing it on our big day. She also took all of our decor and laid it out perfectly in the ceremony, reception and cocktail spaces. She made the vision in my head come to life and made it look better than I could have imagined! She handled managing not only our timeline, but also keeping our vendors, wedding party and large family informed and on time so we could focus on celebrating and enjoying our day. She also made sure we ate which we probably wouldn't have done if we didn't have her! (seriously!) Can't recommend her enough!

Before hiring a coordinator, we thought we totally had it in the bag- we were SO wrong! At our initial meeting Cortney brought up so many key points that we had not even thought about. She stayed on top of absolutely everything. Our big day went so smooth-in fact, almost RELAXING because of Cortney and her team. 10/10!!!
Best Coordinator Ever!
Cortney is on top of it every step of the way! Handles everything with poise and professionalism! She brought my vision into a reality and took so much stress off my shoulders! Would highly recommend to any bride. The only thing I regret is not hiring her sooner!
