    Amazing Wedding Coordinator

    Sierra, served as our wedding day coordinator and she truly went above and beyond for my husband and I. From the beginning, her communication, passion of her work, overall respect and extensive knowledge brought so much comfort to us while planning our wedding. She was there for us every step of the way for our family! Our wedding day was beautiful and Sierra played a great role in making our day special. There were minor things that didn’t go as planned but Sierra stepped up and ensured everything went smoothly. If you’re thinking about getting a day of coordinator or wedding coordinator, I highly suggest moving forward with Sierra and her team!

    I don’t even know where to begin! Sierra made everything so much easier, and without her, our day would not have gone as amazingly as it did. Sierra told me many times that this wasn’t just a job to her, it was something she was truly passionate about and genuinely loved. That passion shines through in her work and in the way she handles every detail. From the very beginning, communication was amazing. Sierra was always quick to respond, easy to reach, and never left me waiting long for answers, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. We had monthly meetings that always kept us on track, and I never once left feeling confused or unsure about what needed to be done. Sierra became so much more than just our wedding planner… she became a friend. My husband and I truly loved working with her. Her staff was equally incredible. so easy to work with and they helped make the entire experience even better. What makes Sierra so special is everything she did that she absolutely did not have to do. She recorded messages from our loved ones and is turning them into a video we’ll cherish forever. She surprised my mom with her favorite flowers, a heartfelt note, and had Jorge and I sign the pot. She even helped make my cousin’s proposal at our wedding special. Sierra goes far beyond being a wedding planner. She is genuinely caring, thoughtful, and an amazing person. If you’re hesitant about booking with Sierra, let this be your sign: BOOK HER. You will not regret working with her and her team. Our wedding was absolutely amazing because Sierra took care of everything, and for that we are beyond grateful.

    Amazing!

    I planned majority of my wedding myself, it was so stressful until I hired Sierra for month of coordination, and after our first meeting I questioned why it took me so long to book her! She was so so helpful during the planning process, keeping me on track and giving me a timeline of what needs to be done and when. Not to mention, the actual day of went flawless! Of course there’s always minor things that go wrong during a wedding like we ran out of mixers but Sierra kept calm and her and her team were able to get things taken care of and the guests had no idea! If you’re hesitant, just do it! You won’t regret it!

    An Amazing Wedding Experience!

Absolutely! We can plan everything from weddings and birthday parties to corporate luncheons and celebrations of life.
We typically send all of our installments via invoice. The payments can be broken down into budget-friendly monthly installments, and can be paid in full at the client's request. Message us to learn more!
Depends on the package. For weddings, we typically are on-site for 12+ hours not including the planning process!
No. We absolutely can help with setup or tear down, but transporting decor is not covered with our current insurance provider.
