I’m so glad you’re here. Really. My name is Katie Griffith, I’m 25 years old, living in the gorgeous mountains of Utah. Although it gets so cold and snowy here, you really can’t beat the Utah outdoors. The mountains feel like my second home. Ive been married to my best friend for over 3 years now, and our lil pack consists of our baby girl and our Golden Retriever. These three are my whole world! Honestly, I never knew this level of happiness existed before they came into my life. Ive been photographing weddings and elopements for 5+ years now, and I love what I do! I couldn't imagine doing anything else! This is truly my dream job.

My editing is very true to color, that will give your photos a timeless look and feel, that will look in style and gorgeous for years to come. I strive to help me couples feel completely comfortable while shooting - enabling them to be completely themselves and capture their actual emotions and personalities! Sessions and weddings with me are anything but posed and stiff.

    Katie is incredible!!!

    I truly do not have the words to describe how incredibly talented Katie is. I still can't believe our engagement and wedding photos are ours. She nailed the vision, we cannot thank her enough, and want to recommend her to everyone we know! Katie is kind, funny, and she will make you feel comfortable in front of her camera immediately. Both our venue and our coordinators mentioned that they enjoyed working with her and would recommend her in the future as well. We loved working with Katie and HIGHLY recommend her! Her photos speak for themselves.

    Katie Griff Photo is PERFECTION

    Katie was the best choice ever and the most amazing wedding photographer. We couldn't have asked for better wedding photos! She was so organized and energetic day-of - all of my family members commented how great she was to work with. She made everything run very smoothly. I was able to run a million questions by her ahead of time regarding the timeline and other details, she always made herself available and was super responsive. I am absolutely obsessed with our wedding photos, she did an amazing job and I can't thank her enough!

    Natural talent, flexible and very organized

    We had 3 wedding location changes and our engagement pictures and wedding were all delayed due to COVID, however Katie was a rockstar and super flexible with all these changes. She rolled with the punches and stayed on top of everything with us by communicating on a regular basis while also giving us our space/time to figure things out during pandemic and unforeseen future. So far we were only able to have our engagement pictures in Utah (which were amazing and was our where our cancelled wedding was to take place). The pictures turned out beautiful, very candid which we love and she made us look great! As of now we are still planning for late summer/fall 2021 wedding and so looking forward to working with Katie again and seeing more of her amazing work! She is highly recommended within the Utah area and as a destination photographer.

Typically, couples book me anywhere from 6-14 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes! For dates that I am already booked for, I do have an associate photographer that I work with who we would set you up with. Working with an associate photographer would be a lower investment on your end. If you are interested in having a second photographer on your wedding day alongside me, that is also an option for additional investment.
You can expect about 75+ images per hour of photographing for weddings and elopements. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. For engagements, the photo count is 100+.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the VERY UNLIKELY event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted associate photographer. They will shoot the wedding, and I will edit the images.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4 weeks after your engagements, and 12 weeks after your wedding.
