It all began when Hal and Elaine Porter moved their family from the warm sunshine of Tucson, Arizona to be closer to family. They and their four daughters arrived in Utah on Christmas Eve in 1996. Elaine had grown up in Northern Utah and missed the beautiful mountains and seasons. To Elaine’s surprise, Hal had wanted to move to Utah years before, but the timing was not right. Both had spent time in Utah county and knew that this was going to be “home” to them. Hal, with his 47+ years of foodservice experience, and Elaine, with her 32+ years in the corporate world, began a new adventure and started a catering business in 2000.

We offer a complete service of set up, clean up, take down, decor, flowers, plate clearing, fresh food and so much more. Our staff is handpicked and has the reputation as the friendliest, most efficient, and most passionate employees.
