Q: How long will it take to see our pictures?

I always send wedding previews within the first 48 hours. My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you will receive your engagement photos in 3-5 weeks and wedding photos 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a sharable link to a digital gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share photos with your loved ones and order prints.

Q: Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Q: How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Typically, couples book me about 11 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Q: Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Sometimes, I’ll bring an assistant depending on the size of your wedding. I also offer full second shooter packages for an additional price!

Q: Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

Q: What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

In my 9 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Q: Do you also offer video services?

I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. At this time I only offer drone video/ photography for an additional price.

Q: How many pictures will we get?

You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Best Wedding Photographer!
Do yourself a favor, and hire Bailey as your wedding photographer! From the beginning, she spent an hour talking with us to get to know our stories, who we were and what we wanted. It was clear from that first meeting that she was calm, cool and collected, but she also gave off such an authentic and kind presence. Working with Bailey was so easy, she listened to what we wanted but also provided absolutely incredible ideas. The way she can capture light is out of this world, and many of our guests said the photos seem straight out of a fairy tale. As a bride who doesn’t get dressed up and dislikes being photographed I was particularly nervous about our wedding day. Everyone wants to feel beautiful and look back on their photos in awe. Bailey did just that for us- when I look at our photos I am still in awe. When you work with her, you aren’t just going to get incredible photos (and while I know that truly is what we all want) but you will also get a calm presence who gave us simple direction so that we never had to feel awkward or like we didn’t know what we were doing. I especially loved that when she takes shots, she shoots from further away with a bigger lens to give you space to enjoy your special day without a camera so up close and in your space. If you want peace of mind in who you hire, I could not recommend Bailey enough!

The best decision we made besides getting married
I'm going to try to put into words how incredible Bailey was, but honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Let me start with this: we were actually excited for the photos because we knew Bailey was great, but my wife and I are AWKWARD in front of a camera. Like, painfully awkward. So there were still some nerves going in. Bailey put those to rest almost immediately and turned the photo shoot into one of my favorite parts of the entire day, second only to actually marrying my wife. She has this way of making you forget the camera is even there. Within minutes we were laughing and just being ourselves, and it shows in every single shot. The amount of prep work she put in blew me away. She scouted locations ahead of time, knew exactly where the light would be at what hour, and had already figured out where we should stand before we even got there. Nothing was left to chance. You could tell she'd thought through every detail long before the wedding day, and it made everything feel effortless on our end. We just showed up and she handled the rest. But here's the thing that says it all: multiple friends came up to us during the reception asking how long we'd known Bailey and if she was a close friend of ours. She was working. That's just how warm and genuinely fun she is to be around. By the end of the night, it really did feel like we'd known her for years. And the photos. They're so natural, so us, and somehow better than anything we could have imagined. Our friends have been raving about them nonstop, showing them to their fiancées, wives, even their moms. We've already had people asking for her info. If you want a photographer with serious talent who also makes the whole experience genuinely fun, Bailey is it. We couldn't be happier.

Hire Bailey immediately!
I was a very indecisive bride and took a really long time weighing all the many choices for wedding vendors. Somehow, though, Bailey was such an easy decision and the very first photographer we spoke to and first vendor we hired and we have had zero regrets! I knew Bailey took wonderful photos, but what really sold me was just how kind of a person she is from our first phone call. I knew I would be spending a lot of time with her on the wedding day and wanted someone I felt comfortable with and Bailey is that person. She is sooo sweet and genuine. Her communication is great and she is such a hard worker and cares so much about her couples. At both our engagement shoot and our wedding Bailey was constantly running around and hustling to get the perfect shot (while also being a calm presence). Our engagement photos at Cannon Beach were absolutely stunning and we knew we had made the right choice for our wedding. On the wedding day, Bailey was a life saver. Whenever we needed something and our coordinator wasn't available, Bailey was always the first person we could ask for help and she was on it immediately no questions asked. We got married a week ago and got our sneak peaks almost the next day after the wedding. Bailey is responsive, quick, on time, flexible, talented, and just the sweetest person. Any couple is so lucky to work with her!

Warm, attentive, and incredibly easy to work with
Working alongside Bailey was an absolute joy. As a wedding planner, I'm always paying attention to how vendors interact with the couple and the rest of the team, and Bailey was everything you hope for: kind, warm, and so attentive to the couple throughout the day. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, she was incredibly easy to work with, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. I felt completely at ease the entire time we worked together. I'd recommend her to anyone and can't wait for the next chance to collaborate!

Family Pictures
Bailey made our vision for family photos a reality. We are from Arizona and wanted to have Oregon's beauty be the backdrop of our family photos. I was given a list of ten Oregon photographers that came highly recommended. After looking up each photographers work, I selected Baileaves Photography. Bailey's images have feeling and warmth to them. Connecting and communicating with Bailey went smoothly. We met once on a video call and then continued communicating through text or email. We ended up doing three different locations with Bailey in the two days we were in Oregon. She helped select the locations and even suggested an additional location during our shoot. We enjoyed our time spent with Bailey. She was easy to be ourselves around and that resulted in genuine, real photos. I recently got many of our images professionally printed and up on the walls of our home. Her photography is even better in print. I thought I loved looking at the digital images on the computer or TV, but having them printed in a large format made me appreciate her talent even more. Thank you Bailey for capturing my family just as we are and making that weekend so memorable. I am so grateful!
