Hi! I am so thrilled and honored to be considered as someone who can serve on such a special moment in your life. I have 2 little boys and they are my world, I created this business when I was a single mom trying to find my way through doing it by myself. I have found so much joy and happiness while serving other people and making a memorable experience.

I love what I do. It’s that simple. Interacting with new people, sharing special moments, and just being able to be someone’s light is something that I will always appreciate. I love being a part of something that is so much bigger than me. I want to bring good back into this world. This is one of the ways that I have been able to do that.

Sample catered weddings

We were inspired by Omar & Adilene’s warm family vibes. We created a beautiful table that included everything from a traditional charcuterie board, to food to represent their Hispanic culture. We wanted to leave most of the creative eye to them and bring it to life!

    Working with Em's Bites and Blooms was such a breeze from start to finish. Em responded quickly to our questions and never pushed us toward anything we weren't sure about—she just offered thoughtful suggestions and genuinely listened when we had different ideas. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly and the food was absolutely stunning, with flavors that felt bright and unexpected. When our venue threw us a curveball, Em's team handled it with such grace and made sure our guests felt cared for the whole time. The presentation was beautiful and creative, and honestly, every detail felt thoughtful.     Charcuterie experience
