Hi Jordi, I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our services.      Brides to be, please remember to make sure that you attend your final details meeting with your coordinator so you can communicate the pivotal information needed to ensure your day goes to your liking. If you have a rehearsal, it would also benefit to have your coordinator present so they can conduct the rehearsal and makes sure everyone is on the same page. Be mindful however that many coordinators may have an additional charge to provide this service especially if they are only booked as a day of coordinator. If you elect not to have your coordinator at rehearsal, then make sure that you, and your wedding party know exactly what they need to do, and still make your coordinator aware of your preferences and cues for the ceremony.      If meals are being provided to vendors, make sure they understand if there is a difference of the meal they are receiving versus that of the guests. Some weddings may have the vendors eat the same meals as guests, some may have a different meal provided to the vendors. Make sure your vendors know exactly what they are getting. It is customary that vendors are served after everyone else has been served, however if all tables have been dismissed, yet there are guests that do not get line, do not expect your vendors to wait on all guests that are electing not to go after their table has been called.      Lastly, try to minimize last minute day of changes like seating arrangements, or issuing thank you cards, cutting cocktail hour short to take group photo, or location of grand exit. If it was not discussed at your details meeting, you may want to ask yourself if the change needs to be made.  While coordinators and vendors can adapt to some of these changes, it still can make it very difficult for them the day of especially if they pile up.      Remember as in all relationships, good communication is key. 🙂
