We’re passionate about creating beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding days that allow our couples to be fully present and actually enjoy the celebration they’ve been dreaming of! From intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings, we love getting to know each couple and bringing their unique vision to life. This Full-Service Coordination package covers every aspect of your wedding, from initial concept to the final farewell. Everything in the day-of & partial packages plus more! Perfect for couples who want a hands-on planning partner to manage every detail, allowing the ability to enjoy a seamless planning experience.

The Partial Coordination package is ideal for couples who have started planning but need expert guidance for the remaining details. Everything in the Day-of package but I step in to help with design + day-of set-up ensuring everything comes together beautifully.

Perfect for couples who have planned everything themselves but want a trusted professional to manage the day + final details. Includes day-of coordination/management plus services 1 month prior to wedding day to finalize all the details + have a final venue walkthrough. I’ll ensure everything goes according to plan, so you and your loved ones can fully enjoy the celebration.

The same package as day-of coordination just on a smaller scale specifically for weddings with a guest count of 50 or less.

    SOOOO AMAZING!

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with High Society Events, LLC. From our first conversation, Natalie was incredibly responsive and checked in with us regularly throughout the planning process, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—she personally set all the place cards and made certain our decor items and tablecloths were arranged exactly as we'd imagined them. Natalie's willingness to help with anything we needed showed how much she genuinely cared about making our day special. She exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely recommend High Society Events to any couple looking for a planner who truly listens and delivers.

    Exceeding Expectations
