High Society Events is a Texas-based wedding planning and coordination company serving couples throughout the Texas Hill Country and beyond. I’m passionate about creating beautiful, seamless wedding days that allow my couples to relax, be present, and actually enjoy the celebration they’ve spent so much time planning. From intimate gatherings to larger weddings, I love getting to know each couple and helping bring their vision to life in a way that feels personal to them. My goal is to make the planning process feel less overwhelming, more organized, and genuinely enjoyable while creating a wedding day that feels like you from start to finish.
I know how quickly the little details can start to feel like a lot. My job is to take some of that off your plate — keeping things organized, helping you navigate the decisions, answering questions, and making sure everything comes together when the big day arrives. But beyond the logistics, getting to know my couples and being part of such an important season of their lives is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I’m not just there to manage the timeline or make sure the details are in place. I’m there to support you, celebrate with you, and make sure you can step back and enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to create.

The perfect coordinator!
Natalie is amazing! She is truly so easy to work with; she met every expectation and more. I hired Natalie for month-of coordination with an add-on of decor planning and additional set-up on the day of and I am so happy I did. I planned my wedding myself, but having the ability to use her as a resource and bounce ideas off of helped a lot. And thank goodness she was willing to do set-up of decor on the day of because I don't know how it would've gotten done and I'm not sure she understood just how much I was bringing in, but she took it like a champ and had everything set up perfectly! Mind you she was also by herself and pregnant! Thank you so much Natalie for all of your hard work, mine and Bryces wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without you!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with High Society Events, LLC. From our first conversation, Natalie was incredibly responsive and checked in with us regularly throughout the planning process, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—she personally set all the place cards and made certain our decor items and tablecloths were arranged exactly as we'd imagined them. Natalie's willingness to help with anything we needed showed how much she genuinely cared about making our day special.
