About this venue
The Milestone Georgetown is a farmhouse wedding venue perched on forty acres just above the San Gabriel River, forty-five minutes north of Austin. A refreshed ceremony site features artificial turf that stays green year-round, crossed by a charming footbridge, while an expansive deck offers fresh air between ceremony and reception. Guests then gather on the terrace for cocktail hour, soaking in Hill Country views before moving inside. The farmhouse-style reception hall glows with whitewashed shiplap walls, open-beam trusses, towering windows, and grand chandeliers above an expansive dance floor and stage. Accommodating up to 300 guests, The Milestone Georgetown pairs modern farmhouse design with all-inclusive planning services and dedicated day-of coordination, transporting every guest to the farmhouse of their dreams from ceremony to last dance.

Our wedding dream come true!
From the moment we reached out to The Milestone in Georgetown, the team got back to us right away with friendly responses that made us feel heard. The space itself is bright and gorgeous, with so many layout options to choose from for our ceremony and reception. On our wedding day, the coordinator was there to help us with every detail and kept everything running smoothly. We loved that all the vendors they work with were kind and professional, which made such a difference in how our day felt. The Milestone really was the perfect place to celebrate with our loved ones, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect Day
The Milestone Georgetown is a beautiful location and everything I wanted in a venue for my special day. I fell in love with it the second I saw it. They have pretty much everything you can think of for you to choose from to make it easier for planning. The highlight of this venue was our day of coordinator Gracie. She was amazing and helped us with everything we needed starting the day before the wedding. I can’t say enough how great she was. If you choose to book with this venue see if you can request Gracie for your day of needs!

The Milestone in Georgetown was a beautiful venue for our wedding, though their communication style could use some improvement. The quality of their work, however, was awesome and wonderful - they ensured that all of our guests were accommodated and comfortable throughout the reception, and the service was excellent. We were thrilled with how our special day turned out at this lovely location.

A Stress-Free Experience
The Positives: Gracie, our day-of-coordinator, absolutely made the day stress-free for us. She knew when to touch base, kept giving us water to hydrate, kept anticipating our needs, and consistently took care of us. She made the entire wedding extremely smooth and made sure to keep us on schedule (without being overbearing). Abby S., our wedding planner, was such a joy to work with. She built out such a great timeline for us to follow. She helped us with our floor plan vision. And, most importantly, she kept us organized during the last stretch. If you're looking for a venue that has it all, The Milestone Georgetown is for you. It has ample space for everyone to get ready, and their pricing is overall pretty reasonable. They also provide takedown and setup services at no additional cost — which was huge for us. Their services are pretty comprehensive, which makes it less stressful to plan. They often offer open house touring, so we're able to drop in and show off the venue to our loved ones. The Negatives: If you're looking to personalize your wedding, then The Milestone isn't for you. They require you to go with their food caterer and drinks services. Their base setup time is not generous at all (5 hours). Make sure to ask for the extra hour of setup time. Our last wedding planner quit, and we weren't told of the transition at all. Their guest portal is very clunky, so communication can get a little tricky — especially during the middle stages of planning a wedding. Speaking of communication, they often take about 3 business days to get back to you. While it didn't bother us, it can get frustrating for others. They don't offer personalized food tasting. The only time you can taste their food is if they have an open vendor event or if you're willing to drive down to Dripping Springs once a quarter to try out their prefixed menu.

Love the overall experience! Grace (day of coordinator) was amazing and just was on it from the beginning to the end of the wedding day. Wish we would have known about the drinks being watered down, since we paid extra to keep the bar opened an extra hour. You can’t just take shots, it has to be mixed with something (lame) but we still had a blast. Just don’t bother paying extra to keep the bar open, 3 hours is enough!!!
