    Working with Sherrie felt like she was the bride and I was the wedding planner giving her updates just so she could keep track. During meetings we had, she verbally promised multiple services that I was counting with and when I asked for them she said “that’s not in the contract” which is valid, but it left me wondering why she even mentioned them if they weren't in the contract. The day of the wedding was a complete disaster, zero organization. During setups she was just watching and not even designating tasks. For the event itself, she brought her 15 y/o daughter under the guise of providing "extra help" However the daughter was spotted for most of the guests and me included drinking alcohol by the bar for nearly an hour which I brought up to the mom and she said “it’s just juice”. Furthermore, the daughter was supposed to be by the entrance holding a parking information sign, but she was too far away and neglected the sign entirely because she was eating cake. When she left her spot, she littered, leaving behind trash and a venue fork that was subsequently run over by vehicles. Most of the details I gave Sherrie regarding the wedding day were completely forgotten or ignored. She failed to set out the souvenirs for our guests, leaving me with boxes of unused items in my house that serve as a frustrating reminder of her inability to do her job. To top it all off, she left in the middle of our wedding in tears, allegedly because her mother had passed away. When I tried calling and messaging her later to check on her, apparently she blocked my number. My calls will not go through and my messages are ignored. Based strictly on her lack of professional execution, poor staffing choices, and total lack of communication, I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to provide a smooth experience for our couples.To clarify our scope of work, our contract was strictly for Day-Of Coordination services. Per the signed agreement, tasks such as floral arrangements, guest logistics, and last-minute decor assembly (like champagne flute bows) fell outside our contracted responsibilities.Regarding the schedule, we provided multiple comprehensive timelines to ensure a structured day. However, frequent, last-minute changes made it difficult to maintain the original flow. Additionally, while navigating an unexpected family loss, we proactively communicated with you, your vendors, and key family members to ensure all coordination duties remained covered.We appreciate your business and wish you both the very best."
