Working with The Event Collective by Vonnie & Kate was disappointing from start to finish. The communication we received was unprofessional and unclear, which made planning our wedding stressful instead of exciting. When issues came up, we felt like we weren't being taken seriously, and the tone of their messages didn't match what we expected from a professional planning service. Due to these communication problems, we made the difficult decision to end our contract with them. We ended up finding a different planner who treated us with respect and hail help make our day special. We would not recommend The Event Collective for couples looking for reliable and professional wedding planning support.

Best decision we made for our wedding day!
Vonnie and Kate were absolutely incredible and made our wedding day totally seamless. They were very professional from the start and genuinely cared for us like we were their own family! They were able to keep everything on schedule and were always thinking one step ahead, being prepared for anything that a wedding day can throw at them! They were able to handle any situation behind the scenes without us even noticing (we had no idea a tablecloth lit on fire until days later) , and they worked with all of our other vendors very well. Beyond how organized and prepared they were, they were also just a kind and supportive presence on our day! We were able to spend time with friends and family knowing that they will take care of every little detail for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I do truly think choosing them as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding!

I truly can’t put into words how incredible The Event Collective by Vonnie & Kate were throughout our wedding journey. Every detail, every moment, every transition was handled so smoothly that I was able to soak in the entire day without worrying about a single thing. Our Perfect Day
Our day could not have been more perfect, even with my husband throwing his vows away at the last minute. Kate didn't skip a beat, she went and retrieved them so the ceremony moved on smoothly!

Literal Angels on Earth
From start to finish, The Event Collective by Vonnie & Kate understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day and made our vision come to life. Kate and Vonnie are literal angels on earth—they responded to every question quickly, stayed on top of every detail, and always kept us in the loop. What impressed us most was how prepared they were for anything that could go wrong, which meant we got to relax and actually enjoy our day. Their attention to detail showed in everything, from the smallest touches to the big moments, and it was clear they cared about making our wedding perfect. We felt so taken care of by this team, and we honestly couldn't have asked for better “chaos coordinators”.
