    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Natalia was a fantastic coordinator for me on my wedding day! I got married at an indoor/outdoor venue in San Antonio, Texas in June and had around 150 guests with a ceremony at 6 pm and departure from the venue at 12 am. She was so communicative the months leading up to the wedding and extremely flexible whenever I had last minute changes to my day-of timeline/plans. She also helped keep me on track with getting everything I needed ready for the day. She even got me some money back from the venue when the AC was broken in the bridal cabin leaving us to deal with the Texas heat. I didn’t have a single worry or hesitation on my wedding day thanks to her planning and coordination throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!

    Best planner ever!

    Natalia from On Cue With Natalia was absolutely essential to making our wedding day run smoothly. She stayed in constant contact with us leading up to the big day and responded to every question or concern right away. When the weather forced us to move up our ceremony time, she immediately called all our vendors to coordinate an earlier arrival so our guests wouldn't be stuck waiting around. On the day itself, she was everywhere at once—managing my husband's family, adjusting our timeline when needed, cueing my music, and even shortening dance songs exactly how I wanted them. What really impressed us was how budget-friendly she was while still delivering perfect execution and seamless direction. I honestly cannot imagine how our wedding would have gone without her help, and I could not recommend Natalia more highly.
