My name is Kelsey and I am a passionate mom of four and the creative force behind Cart-Cuterie Mobile Charcuterie. What began as a creative and fun outlet to try something new and driven by my love of hosting and creating beautiful experiences. After stepping away from my corporate job, sought a career that offered more flexibility and purpose. Armed with a passion for gourmet food and a desire to be more present for my family. Today, Cart-Cuterie caters to weddings, corporate events, and private parties, bringing handcrafted boards and grazing tables to life one delicious detail at a time.

I offer a unique, beautiful and fun experience all while it is aesthetically pleasing. The food is tasteful, yet light and beautifully prepared. The cart is mobile and can be decorated any way the couple wishes.
