My name is Summer. I’m a fairytale wedding and portrait photographer serving the state of Texas and beyond, my husband and I are also ordained, Ministers. I’m a cat mom to five beautiful fur babies who play a prominent part in my business (whether they want to or not). I’m a wife, a body-positive advocate, and a lover of all things fairytale. What is the ultimate combination of fairytale and photography? Weddings and all that comes after the I Do’s.

My photography business is based out of Temple Texas, but I’ll travel the world for you. After all, what’s a fairytale without an adventure? But like a sword that can’t be pulled from the stone, my business isn’t for everyone. I’m not out here looking to capture just the “picture perfect” posed images, I’m here for the good stuff. I’m here to capture the raw, authentic love between partners, and all their happily ever afters.

    The most amazing photographer

    From the moment we reached out to Summer Eaton Photography LLC, they responded quickly and kept us in the loop every step of the way. On our wedding day, Summer captured the most unforgettable shot of us popping champagne and the emotional first look between my husband and me—both photos we'll treasure forever. Their work is fun and expressive, showing off our personalities in every frame, and the value we got was honestly unbeatable. Summer stayed down to earth throughout the entire process, making us feel comfortable and relaxed, which really showed in the final photos. We'd do this all over again in a heartbeat, and we'd definitely hire them again.     Book With Summer!!

    Summer and her second shooter were absolutely wonderful! We booked Summer to capture our wedding day in Fort Worth and she did not disappoint! We chose the Golden Goose package, and chose to do the complimentary boudoir package (which my Husband LOVES). As promised, we received our sneak peaks within 48 hours, which was a wonderful treat while we were on our Honeymoon! Summer was patient (with our big, crazy, and sometimes overwhelming family), kind, easy to work with, and was very accommodating with getting shots of things that were not necessarily on the shot list as they came up. Book with Summer Eaton Photography! You will not be disappointed!

    Amateur

    We booked Summer for my daughters wedding 9.2.23 She was late and never communicated that she was running behind. Her flatlays and dressing photos were destructive and not creative. By destruction, she used the wedding dress hanger (not the pretty one we had with date) and hung my daughters dress on a classic C10 truck with metal into the roof of the door jam. This created permanent damage to a vintage truck and her dress was full of grass and sticks. In addition to her lack of communication skills, her editing of photos was terrible. She never once directed us on how to stand, if our eyes were closed, etc. I would never hire someone off Zola without seeing their services first. Portfolios are just that, the best, not the standard!

    Hello Damie, I must admit I’m surprised to see this review. When I emailed the bride the week before the wedding she told me to arrive at 4pm. I arrived to the venue at 3:09, the exact time you called me, and came inside within 5 minutes of that phone call. I have images of the truck before and immediately following the dress being on it, and none of those photos show damage. If there is please reach out to me via email and we can get our insurance involved. I was not aware there was a fancy hanger until after the images had already been taken, and that is on me. I should have asked more than once. I have looked through the entire gallery and none of the posed photos have anyone’s eyes closed, and the editing is consistent with my portfolio. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make this a better experience for you. Summer Eaton
