Lucid Events has won multiple awards, including Best FL Wedding Planner on CBS News! Offering both full and partial planning, we cover all of your wedding planning needs. Assistance in finding the perfect venue and vendors, creating guest lists, timelines, event design, and day-of coordination can all be looked after with ease.

We are here to be your wedding bestie, not just another vendor (and we'll surely find you the best team all around). Our couples love they can call, text, and zoom us any time they need! Need inspo? We got you!! :) Owner and lead planner, Gina, has spent 3 years spent working for WW and 12 years in the event industry, including managing Disney Events, which makes her exceptionally knowledgeable, insightful, and your perfect partner in planning!

    There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am for everything Gina did to make our day so magical. From the very beginning of the planning process (which spanned nearly three years!), she was there for me every single step of the way. No detail was ever too small, no question ever too silly—she was always one step ahead, calm, thoughtful, and ready with a solution before I even realized I needed one. She coordinated seamlessly with every single vendor, kept everything organized and on track, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable—and even fun. Her communication was constant and reassuring, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. On the wedding weekend itself, she was an absolute rock star. From early morning until the last guest left, she handled every behind-the-scenes detail with grace and precision so that I could be fully present and just enjoy the day. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—and that peace of mind is something I’ll never forget. Not only is she an exceptional planner, but she became a true friend throughout the process.     I cannot recommend Gina enough! She was so on top of everything. She regularly checked in with us and made sure we were on schedule for an entire year leading up to our wedding, and I oftentimes forgot she had clients other than us because she was so attentive. Any time there was a problem with a vendor, Gina was swooping in to save the day. She got us upgrades with our hotel and truly had our best interest in mind throughout this entire process. I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her, she was such a huge help. I remember as I was arm and arm with my father, about to walk down the aisle I heard a baby start screaming (despite instructing guests that this was a child-free wedding). It was my turn to walk and I said, "Gina wait! there's a baby crying" and I'll never forget, she said "Don't worry, I put it in the elevator! You're good!" (with it's parent of course lol) One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was choosing Lucid events.

    We met Gina about 2 years prior to our wedding date (May 2, 2025). This came after an endless search to find someone who would look to understand our inspiration. She was intent on bringing our vision to life and ensured that she stayed connected to our wedding journey. We were very apprehensive about what to expect with a destination wedding, in not knowing how it would turn out or how much trust we would have to put in others. This was a time of uncertainty for us, but one where we were hoping for perfection. Gina made those worries go away; she reassured us constantly and always valued our concerns. Thanking you Gina, for keeping our spirits up and maintaining our positivity throughout the process. The journey was worth it, for what eventually became, “The Perfect Wedding”!!!

    We had a wonderful experience with Gina as our wedding planner. Our venue required us to have, at minimum, a day of planner - we contracted with Gina to do partial planning, from 60 days out through our wedding day. I knew I wanted to be very involved in the planning process and making my vision come to life, and Gina was helpful in supporting where we needed her, helping us make sure we weren’t forgetting any key elements, and putting out last minute fires. I trusted her to give me her true opinion and provide feedback on my ideas throughout the planning process. The day off, she was really the most calming presence and was a joy to have working as part of the vendor team.
