Lead planner and business owner, Brenda Garcia, is committed to providing exceptional service for every couple that she works with. She will strive to turn each soon-to-be wed’s wedding dreams and vision boards into a reality, maintaining a calm yet warmhearted presence from the beginning.

I'd like to think I have no filter and that's what sets me apart. I am very honest and straight up when it comes to my clients. I also don't hide anything from my clients, everything goes through the client before booking there's no secret contracts signed .

MONTH OF NOT SO MUCH DAY OF. - 6 to 4 weeks before the wedding. -We will send you a questionnaire which will tell us everything that we will need to know about your wedding day, down to your drink of choice. - Review any arrangements with vendors you are pending. - Creation of a timeline -Delivery of timeline to all vendors (This is approved by you beforehand) - If the couple wishes, takeover vendor communication - Give vendor recommendations

    More Than a Wedding Planner, Truly Family

    From the very beginning, Brenda and the entire team at Events by BBG took our vision and turned it into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Wedding planning can be incredibly overwhelming, but Brenda made the entire experience feel effortless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. She paid attention to every little detail I wanted while also providing thoughtful suggestions and guidance that elevated everything even further. What truly stood out to me was how invested she was in our wedding from start to finish. She attended my dress fittings, reception food and cake tastings, flower trials, invitation planning, and so many other important moments along the way. It never felt like we were just another client to her. She truly cared about making our day everything we dreamed of and more. Her content creation team was also absolutely incredible. They captured so many special moments so beautifully and naturally throughout the entire weekend, and I’m so grateful to have those memories documented in such a genuine way. The bridal valet service was another detail that made such a difference. Having someone there to help with my dress, veil, touch-ups, and all the little things throughout the day made me feel so taken care of and allowed me to truly stay present and enjoy every moment. From start to finish, Events by BBG went above and beyond in every possible way. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful, organized, and incredible the entire weekend was. I truly cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else.
