There are other options available
I would not recommend Weddings by Blanca to other couples. Her communication was very poor throughout the planning process, and it was unclear if we could trust her to deliver on her promises. Less than 2 weeks before the wedding, she had to cancel at the last minute due to a hurt ankle/foot, which was very disruptive and disappointing. Based on our experience, there are better wedding planning options out there that will provide more reliable and higher quality service. My advice would be to pick someone else to coordinate your special day.

Jill it’s very sad to see how a person can be so oblivious to someone that kept trying to communicate with you and you told me that because your club had an incident where two young girls died it was uncertain what was going to happen! I cancelled because I broke my foot and had to get operated and I gave you your money back…it’s hard to understand why people like to hurt others for no reason. An incredible Day-of coordinated
We originally hired Blanca as a day‑of coordinator, but she ended up being involved from the moment we booked her. Even though her role was technically limited to the wedding day, she was always available throughout the planning process and consistently helped guide us whenever we needed it. That support meant so much, especially since our wedding was out of town. We didn’t get to meet her in person until the day before at our rehearsal, but the moment we finally met her, we felt completely at ease. She stepped in immediately, understood what needed to happen, and took charge in a way that made everything feel under control. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond. She kept everything organized, made sure we had what we needed, and ensured everyone was exactly where they were supposed to be. She handled all the behind the scenes details so we could actually enjoy the day without worrying about anything. We’re genuinely so grateful she was part of our wedding. We would recommend her without hesitation. She’s fantastic and truly made our day so memorable. We love you Blanca!!

Would not recommend
Made me cry on my wedding day. Left early without telling me or my husband. Told me bad news 5 minutes before I was supposed to walk down aisle. My mom stopped her from coming and talking to me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEST MAN SPEECH. Could not recommend someone less. I was so stressed my entire day, my maid of honor was running back and forth to make sure things were going according to schedule .

We had such an amazing experience working with Blanca, the wedding planner at last night’s event. She was incredibly organized, calm under pressure, and kept the entire day running smoothly from start to finish.
