We signed with Stephanie about 14 months before our wedding, and from day one she jumped right into planning. Within the first 2–3 months, we had almost all of our vendors booked, which made the entire process feel so organized and stress-free. Stephanie was always available throughout the planning period no matter the time of day, she was quick to respond to texts and calls and constantly reassured us along the way. She coordinated all meetings with our vendors and the venue and was present for every one, which we really appreciated. Her vendor recommendations were amazing, and everyone we worked with exceeded our expectations. She was also very open to changes we made as our vision evolved. Thanks to all the planning and preparation, our vision was truly brought to life in the most beautiful way! Stephanie is hands down the best planner in Miami. She made over a year of planning much less stressful than it should have been. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and understanding. When I had hesitations for things, she listened and pivoted. She was honest with me and respectful of my budgets and expectations. Where she really shined was the month before and the day of. The month before, we had all these pending things and payments and she organized excels for us and handled it. My spouse and I were so busy between work and wedding appts and she really stepped in and made it so easy for us. The day of the wedding, Steph was EXCEPTIONAL. She was running around with a smile on her face and 0 stress. I forgot deodorant, my shoes, and my mom’s glasses and she didn’t complain about me asking her to go grab a million different things. To top it all off, the details of what she created at the venue was insane. Pure perfection. She is the most positive person and if you’re in Miami you absolutely need to work with her!!! You will not regret it!!!!

Events by U was the perfect wedding planning partner for us. Stephanie and her team were incredibly supportive, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the entire process. Their work was meticulous, reliable, and truly professional. On the day of our wedding, Stephanie jumped in to help with my dress when I was having trouble with the bustle, which allowed me to fully enjoy the rest of the evening. She was also a calming presence, handling any issues seamlessly and making sure I felt completely taken care of. Working with Stephanie and Events By U was honestly one of the best parts of our entire wedding experience. We told her we wanted a Parisian 1920s-inspired micro-wedding, and she didn’t just make it happen—she made it feel like we had stepped straight into the vision we’d been carrying in our heads for months. She really listened to us, understood what we were hoping for, and then somehow elevated it in ways we never could have imagined on our own. Her communication was incredible throughout the whole process. She was always on top of timing, always checking in, and always available when we needed her, even when we didn’t know what we needed. She guided us through everything (including the marriage license situation we didn’t even realize we had to handle), and she did it all with patience, kindness, and the calmest energy you want during wedding planning. The day itself flowed effortlessly because of her. I was a stress free bride with a smile on my face the entire time! Truly, if we had to do this all over again, we wouldn’t hesitate and choose her again in a heartbeat. P.S. She is also more than willing to get you a cafecito exactly when you need it (because the day is long), and she has a very special technique to make sure there’s zero spillage. Brides… you’ll just have to hire her to find out how!
