BEST PLANNER IN MIAMI
Working with Stephanie and Events By U was honestly one of the best parts of our entire wedding experience. We told her we wanted a Parisian 1920s-inspired micro-wedding, and she didn’t just make it happen—she made it feel like we had stepped straight into the vision we’d been carrying in our heads for months. She really listened to us, understood what we were hoping for, and then somehow elevated it in ways we never could have imagined on our own. Her communication was incredible throughout the whole process. She was always on top of timing, always checking in, and always available when we needed her, even when we didn’t know what we needed. She guided us through everything (including the marriage license situation we didn’t even realize we had to handle), and she did it all with patience, kindness, and the calmest energy you want during wedding planning. The day itself flowed effortlessly because of her. I was a stress free bride with a smile on my face the entire time! Truly, if we had to do this all over again, we wouldn’t hesitate and choose her again in a heartbeat. P.S. She is also more than willing to get you a cafecito exactly when you need it (because the day is long), and she has a very special technique to make sure there’s zero spillage. Brides… you’ll just have to hire her to find out how!

I didn’t grow up imagining my wedding day but somehow Events by U created an experience that was everything I didn’t even know I wanted. Our wedding was intimate, beautiful, and felt completely us. Stephanie handled every detail with so much care and intention, and was on top of all communication with vendors from start to finish. She made the entire process feel easy and truly allowed me to be present. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life, even if you don’t know what that vision is yet, you won’t be disappointed with Events by U!

HIRE HER!!!!!! Steph and her team were absolutely incredible. I booked her for month-of coordination (starting two months before our wedding), and from the moment I signed, she was available for anything I needed. Her prices are so reasonable, and honestly, it’s worth it a million times over. Steph will truly do anything and everything to make your day perfect. She helped with our rehearsal, bustled my dress, moved florals and décor between spaces, refilled the bubble guns, took the audio guestbook around to guests, touched up my makeup, made sure we had food and drinks, packed everything up at the end of the night — and so, so, so much more. And that’s only a fraction of what I even know about! There’s just no way a wedding could run as smoothly as mine did without a hundred little things happening seamlessly behind the scenes. Steph and her team were constantly two steps ahead, quietly taking care of everything before anyone even realized it needed to be done. She’s warm, professional, organized, and completely non-intrusive, yet somehow everywhere at once. Because of Steph, my friends and family got to simply enjoy the day without having any responsibilities. You and your guests deserve that!
