I have always enjoyed being creative in all areas of my life. One of my favorite memories is when my uncle and I spent time building bookshelves, benches and other home decor pieces. As the go-to party planner for my family and friends, I was inspired to follow my passion and become an event planner. Today, Diasha Williams Events and Designs is a full-service wedding and events planning company based in Maryland. We plan weddings and special events in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, as well as Georgia and Florida. Our passion for designing events has led us to specialize in weddings, but we also create family and corporate events.

Each event or wedding we plan is unique. Our mission is to make the planning process stress-free so that you can focus on what matters most: your friends and family. Whether you're planning a small intimate affair or a lavish celebration, we can help you create a day that's all about celebrating "you" and spending time with your loved ones. We offer everything from coordinating vendors to attending to the details on the day of your event.

    Graduation party

    I shared my idea for my daughter's graduation party with Ms. Williams. She not only executed it flawlessly but also exceeded my expectations. Throughout the planning process, she kept me well-informed, provided multiple design options, and, most importantly, adhered to my budget. She is, without a doubt, the best event planner I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

    There’s nothing to think about, DO IT!

    Diasha and her team was an absolute pleasure to work with. She created such a treasured wedding EXPERIENCE that we will remember for a lifetime! She was highly responsive throughout the entire planning process, kept us and our wedding party abreast of any and all updates, and was extremely accommodating to each of our needs. Notably, Diasha handled all unforeseen obstacles with grace to allow us, the bride and groom, an opportunity to enjoy our wedding day, stress-free. Everyone involved, including our wedding party, guest, and even vendors had nothing but praise for our wedding’s outcome, all thanks to the vision and execution of Diasha’s design and events team.
