We are Burroughs Photography - husband and wife wedding photography team. Primarily, we work in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia areas, but we travel nationwide and frequently photograph weddings far outside of the DMV. During your wedding day, our goal is to be unobtrusive, fun and relaxing to work with. We want you to enjoy your day and forget we are there so we can get those natural candid moments. We love life, spending time with our 3 little girls, good food, and of course, capturing beautiful couples and their incredible moments.     Professional, personable, and passionate best describe our experience working with Jonathan and Alexis. We used Burroughs Photography to take photos at our weddings and the photos for each event turned out beautifully - truly capturing the spirit of the events. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about how to best capture us in the different settings (considering lighting, weather, etc.) and guided us into poses for timeless photos that will hang in halls forever. He was also very kind and helpful in planning the perfect way to memorialize our favorite moments. Burroughs is a trusted photographer that we will be using again in the future.
