Celebrate by Kate LLC is a wedding and event planner based out of the Lancaster/Lebanon County area that offers Day-of and Month-of Coordination and Planning. The stress-free wedding planning experience that allows you to have the wedding day you deserve. Celebrate by Kate LLC goes above and beyond to make you feel like a guest at your own wedding!

I believe love is love, any which way or form. I will help you plan your perfect wedding from day one, or be there on the months or weeks leading up to your wedding! I have a passion for creating the perfect day for each of my clients’ unique needs and within each budget. My happy-go-lucky, friendly nature makes it easy for me to work with anyone!

Everything from The Partial Package Plus.. Up to six (zoom or in person) meetings, including a wedding details session to design the perfect color scheme and style for your wedding Budget assistance to help you keep to your budget Floor plan design and creation after we find the perfect venue for you, along with budget and contract assistance with all of your vendors Set up and tear down of ceremony and reception Includes two lead coordinators

Everything from the Month of Package Plus.. Up to 4 face to face (zoom or in person) meetings before your wedding. Includes up to 12 hours of coordination I will help you choose vendors and attend a few meetings if requested, including your venue walk-through. I become the point of contact for your vendors two months before your wedding Set up and tear down of ceremony and reception space Includes one lead coordinator and an assistant coordinator

Includes up to (zoom or in person) meetings and a walk-through of your venue, up to 12 hours of coordination on the day of Point of contact for vendors one month before your wedding I assure that all of your vendors are up to date, informed of all details and keep to the timeline we created together. Near the end of the reception, I help pack up items to be taken home as in gifts, extra favors, etc.

-Limit 50 guests- Includes up to one (zoom or in person) meeting before your wedding Includes up to 10 hours of coordination on the day of - hours can be added! I contact all vendors at least two weeks prior to your wedding and become the point of contact the week of your wedding. On the day of your wedding, I assure that all of your vendors are up to date, informed of all details and keep to the timeline we created together

    Kate is a phenomenal wedding coordinator! We had our wedding at Drumore Mill, and the venue owner recommended her services...man were we happy we got that recommendation! From our first meeting, Kate was punctual, professional, and prepared. My husband and I made minor adjustments to the wedding plan and day as we planned, and Kate was always open and responsive to our changes. She also helped us find the best vendors for us and managed all communication with vendors once we confirmed them. At one point I even had an issue about payment with our vendor that ended up being an easy fix, but Kate offered to front the cost needed and we could pay her back- WOW!! It was not needed but deeply appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Kate was perfect. She handled everything flawlessly, so much so that I don't even know what the hiccups were on my wedding day! I remember seeing, at one point during the reception, Kate popped her head around a door and was beaming as she looked out over the reception space. Thanks to her incredible help, we were all beaming! Kate should be very proud of the business she has made, and I give her my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a coordinator.

    All I can say is working with Kate was a breeze and that is really all you want when you have a wedding coordinator. Weddings are organized chaos and anytime the coordinator can not only help but also make our job easier, that is a huge plus.     Kate was amazing as our DOC. We were hesitant to hire one, but our venue required one, and we are so glad we found Kate. She went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly, including rangling our 14wk old puppy for photos. She took care of things before they were even brought to our attention. We highly recommend Kate if you need help with your wedding.
