The amount of time varies depending on the package you choose. For full-service planning, expect regular meetings (in person or virtual) throughout your planning timeline, often every 3–4 weeks. For partial or day-of coordination, we’ll meet less frequently but stay closely connected via email and calls.
To provide the highest level of service, I typically only coordinate one wedding per day. Occasionally, I may assist with a smaller event or elopement on the same weekend, but I ensure all clients receive my full attention and support.
Presto Prima is a boutique planning company where I personally oversee every event to ensure attention to detail and personalized service. For larger weddings or multi-day events, I collaborate with a small, trusted team of professionals to provide seamless support.
I require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but I’m happy to discuss any unforeseen circumstances and work with you on rescheduling or partial refunds where possible.
I have a curated list of trusted vendors I recommend based on experience and reliability, but you’re always welcome to hire your own vendors. I’m happy to work alongside any team to make your vision happen.
I’m a strong problem solver and remain calm under pressure. On your wedding day, I act as the point person for any vendor or logistical issues so you can stay focused on enjoying your celebration worry-free.
Absolutely! I help create realistic budgets tailored to your priorities and assist with reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure clarity and protect your interests.
I support DIY projects and can help you plan realistic timelines and manage volunteers so your DIY touches are executed smoothly without added stress.
Yes! I offer virtual planning packages for couples planning from afar and full destination wedding planning with travel included. Let’s talk about your unique needs.
