As a wedding coordinator, I've worked with quite a few DJs, and Jessy was awesome to work with! He was easygoing, professional, and was flexible on schedule changes. He did a great job keeping the guests engaged and the dance floor packed all night. One of the things I appreciated most was how easy he was to communicate with throughout the day. He worked so well with us as well as the photographers, which helped everything run smoothly behind the scenes. I'd happily recommend Jessy to any couple looking for a DJ who's fun, reliable, and genuinely great to work with. I hope we get to work together again soon!

I was very excited to book this company but my experience was honestly the worst part of my wedding planning process. Jessy and I had a meeting when initially booked, then every person from the company was completely missing up until 3 weeks before the wedding. I emailed several times, texted several times, called several times and no one responded. Lastly I called Jessy twice in a row and he answered. I was not mad, I was just relieved he had responded and did not ghost me. He said he would throw in free party sticks for the inconvenience (he did not). A week before the wedding he said he would not be able to DJ my wedding and that someone else from the team would fill in. Which was fine to me, as long as we had a DJ. I had requested that the DJ have a 15 minute break in between food and dancing for the older and more religious people to have a chance to leave before the music went on. That did not happen. There were no party sticks, and the music was not great either. Not many songs were played from the playlist provided, it took a while for them to get the crowd to dance and when they did, he would play a very lame song and then managed to kill it. This is honestly the only thing I wish I could have changed on this day.

During our work together, we switched to a new communication channel, which we had previously informed you about, and you acknowledged understanding. For that, we sincerely apologize! Our DJ played your requested music; he had mentioned that you had submitted a list of mainly slow tracks. Since the aim is to get people dancing, he aimed to keep the vibe lively and played similar songs but more upbeat. However, he admitted that better coordination could have helped, especially in the absence of a dedicated coordinator to manage cues. We’ve attempted multiple times to connect with you to offer a resolution and to make up for these disappointments. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Topline Entertainment, especially our DJ, Eddie! From the very beginning, Eddie was professional, easy to work with, and truly understood the vibe we wanted for our wedding. He did an incredible job reading the crowd throughout the night and knew exactly when to switch things up to keep the energy high. The atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish, and the dance floor was packed all night long. Guests of all ages were dancing, having fun, and constantly complimenting the music. Eddie played a huge role in making our reception unforgettable. If you’re looking for a DJ who can keep the party going, create a great atmosphere, and make sure your guests have an amazing time, we highly recommend Topline Entertainment and Eddie!
