Poor Quality Management
I do not recommend this caterer. We tried to use her for our daughter’s wedding. Our family was impressed by Tanaisha at our initial meeting and when we received her initial proposal. However, negotiating the details of a contract was an arduous, 3-4 week process. She had many elements that were not clearly outlined in the proposal, including confusing language and a large error in her pricing that went to our detriment. She reduced some of the cost since she had made the error, but overall the price still increased for items we thought were included. Ultimately, we decided to still go forward and sign a contract. However, the contract also required numerous emails and calls to reflect the agreed upon details of the proposal and verbal commitments. We signed the contract and paid the 500 deposit. Once the non-refundable deposit was paid, Tanaisha sent a payment schedule that was never part of the contract! The contract only required a 500 deposit and balance due 14 business days prior to the wedding. After the contract was signed, she tried to impose a payment schedule of 50% over a year in advance and 75% over 6 months in advance. Tanaisha said something about a payment schedule at the initial meeting, but never mentioned it in any version of the proposal or included it in the contract. She only revealed this payment schedule after the non-refundable deposit was paid. Then, she told us that if we did not accept that after-the-fact payment schedule, the quality of service and food may not be at the promised level. We informed her that we no longer intended to use her because this statement was an anticipatory breach of the contract. We also requested that she return our 500 deposit since she broke the contract. We still have not seen that money. Although it was a non-refundable deposit, she broke the contract, not us. Therefore, that deposit should have been returned. After all that we experienced, I say, "buyer beware!!!"
Amazing catering experience for weddings!
Tasha's Table Catering & Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was quick, transparent, and personable, which made the planning process so easy. As an all-inclusive caterer, they handled the food, bar, cake/desserts, and linens, taking a lot of the stress off our plate. Guests raved about how fresh and delicious the food was, and we were thrilled with the affordable pricing. Tasha and her team were wonderful to work with, even helping with the day-of timeline and seating chart. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our special day!

Tasha's Table was amazing! They were very flexible and handled all the changes with our wedding timeline so well. We actually finished earlier than expected, but everything still flowed smoothly and the food service was excellent.
