Cooking and serving people tasty, quality food has been a great passion of mine. I have had a long road but am excited about growing my business. My wife and I set up our food truck in our neighborhood daily; we will then pack the leftover meals and take them to the homeless. We are passionate about using our funds to build the kingdom of God.

While we have a set menu, we will also smoke anything you want us to smoke; we will even cold-smoke food( butter, cheeses, etc). We donate food and some of our profits to help the unhoused in our community.

    Our church had Luongo BBQ for our Christmas event. We had a few different food trucks, and this, by far, was the most popular choice(in our heavily Hispanic church), and the people could not stop talking about it. The flavors, smells, service, and everything were top-notch. We will be using them in the future. Their mission and heart for people and service were seen clearly. Great job, Mollie and Chuck!

    Luongo BBQ is a quality Texas barbecue. And the pricing is fantastic. They are about giving quality food at a price that won't break the bank, but do not get me wrong; I would still use them if they cost 3x what they do because the food is worth every penny! PS: Don't sleep on the Mac and Cheese!

    Luongo BBQ was amazing! Chuck works for the same company as my husband and we have had them cater parties and work functions ! The food is always delicious and the price cannot be beat!
