Festive Board Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, they were communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu planning process with creative ideas. On the day of, their staff was friendly, efficient, and very thorough, ensuring our wedding reception went off without a hitch. The food was wonderful and our guests are still raving about it - they truly made us feel like royalty. Festive Board's truly kind staff took care of our families, and the bartenders were great. We are so grateful to have found such a stress-free, cost-friendly catering company that delivered an exceptional experience for our special day.

Festive Board Catering did an absolutely incredible job at our wedding! The supervisor and her team took such great care of my husband and me throughout the entire day. They were professional yet warm and attentive, the setup and teardown were seamless, and the food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour appetizers and reception dinner! The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend them for any wedding or special event. Thank you for helping make our day so perfect and unforgettable!

Festive board was very helpful and everything went super easy! We had to switch from a buffet to plated meals sort of last minute and there were no issues day of. Everything came out well and the bartender also did a great job!

I was initially so impressed by The Festive Board when I met Ed and his wife at a bridal expo over a year before my wedding. They seemed like the full package — food, dessert, bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and even a day-of/month-of coordinator who would help with vendors and décor. That service was a huge reason I chose them. Leading up to the wedding, communication and planning went smoothly. However, things began to unravel the day before. My coordinator, Taylor, was supposed to attend our rehearsal, which had been confirmed weeks in advance, but she never showed. Thankfully, my venue coordinator stepped in. Taylor apologized and was ready to help the next day, but unfortunately, many other issues followed. On the wedding day itself, the appetizers were served cold, the grazing table was disappointing (boxed crackers and Tostitos), and we ran out of mixers provided by the caterer. The bar didn’t even have water available for guests when one overheated — only lemonade. Servers were unprofessional at times, including one who rested a bussing tub on a guest’s chair and spilled dishes and food. The buffet food was lukewarm at best. The Kona beef was dried out, and the quality overall reminded me of frozen dinners. Shockingly, one server dropped the serving spoon for the mac and cheese and continued serving guests with his gloved hand until a groomsman stopped him. Dessert service was equally mishandled — only one of the two sheet cakes was cut and served, meaning guests who wanted vanilla never got any. The gluten-free and vegan cupcakes I ordered (with signage) were mixed up and served without any allergy notice after the sign was removed. I never signed the “satisfaction” form I was handed at the end of the night because so many responsibilities and expectations were not met — and no one from The Festive Board has reached out since to follow up. I truly wish this had been a positive experience, but The Festive Board fell short in food quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. My wedding day was still wonderful thanks to our family, friends, and venue team, but I would not recommend this caterer based on how many things went wrong that could have been avoided.

Our experience with Festive Board Catering was unfortunately quite disappointing. The month prior their communication quality significantly declined and caused a lot of unnecessary stress leading up to our wedding day. When the food was finally served, it was clear the quality was lacking - some entrees were overseasoned and served cold, leaving many of our guests dissatisfied. Overall, Festive Board Catering failed to live up to our expectations and detracted from what should have been a joyous celebration. We would not recommend their services to other couples planning their wedding.
